Remember last week, when we highlighted Top Echelon Network members Maria Hemminger of MJ Recruiters, LLC and Jim Strickland of BioSource Recruiters for finalizing three TE split placements in a single week? So do we.

This week, though, we’re highlight two more Network members. The difference is that these recruiters finalized four splits in a single week! (Although they didn’t make the splits with one another, as Maria and Jim did.)

The recruiters in question are Brad Dodge of iLocatum and Phil Hurd of Oculus Search Partners. Like Maria and Jim, Brad and Phil are Top Producers in the Network.

In fact, Phil is currently ranked sixth in the Network in terms of cash-in production during the past 12 months. Brad is just outside the top 10, residing in the 11th spot.

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our weekly placements:

  • Names of the split recruiting partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

Please note that the placements listed below reflect deals finalized in Top Echelon Network for the period from June 26 through July 2, 2023.

Remember, if you don’t want information related to your Network placements published in The Pinnacle, please send an email to marketing@topechelon.com to that effect.

Congratulations to everybody below for the split placements they made in Top Echelon Network!

If you’re a newer Network member and you’d like to enjoy more success in our recruiter network, then I encourage you to contact Top Echelon Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS.

You can do so by calling 330.595.1742 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

Recently, Top Echelon announced a partnership with Recuriters Websites.

As part of that partnership, you can receive a FREE audit of your recruiting agency’s website.

Well, we’re back with another partnership announcement. This time, we’re here to announce that Top Echelon has partnered with Bilflo, an industry leader in back-office automation solutions tailored for staffing agencies!

This strategic partnership is dedicated to providing an end-to-end solution for your business by elevating your agency’s performance, improving efficiency, and delivering exceptional value to your business.

Below are some of the advantages of this partnership for customers of Top Echelon’s recruiting software:

  • Seamless Integration: Easily export candidates, companies, and jobs from Top Echelon to Bilflo.
  • Efficient Time Tracking: Use mobile-friendly timecards or bulk import from external systems.
  • Automated Payroll and Invoicing: Export time to your payroll system, create invoices, deliver them to your clients, and send them to your accounting system automatically.
  • Real-time Insights: Gain valuable business intelligence and monitor team progress with performance management.

Bilflo has also prepared a video to explain more about the benefits of this exciting new partnership. Click HERE to watch the video.

We also encourage you to click HERE to learn even more and schedule a quick demo of Bilflo.

And of course, check The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog for announcements regarding more partnerships between Top Echelon and other top products and services in the recruiting and staffing industry!

In Top Echelon Network, exporters are those recruiters who “export” candidates. In other words, they provide candidates to other Network members who have open job orders.

Right now, we’re still in the middle of a candidates’ market. In fact, the market for talent is historically tight.

This means that quality candidates are very important to the success of recruiters. And that includes members of Top Echelon’s recruiter network. Since that’s the case, it underscores the importance of the role that exporters play in Top Echelon.

With that in mind, I thought it would be prudent to promote best practices for exporters in the Network.

That being said, we’ve already published plenty of articles regarding these best practices. I’m going to bring them all together in this blog post as a quick review of how exporters should view their membership in TE.

Without further adieu, below are links to those articles:

And of course, when it comes to exporting candidates, I urge you to opt-in to the Network Candidates sourcing tool.

More and more members are making split placements through this tool. There are now almost eight million recruited candidates in the Network Candidates sourcing tool.

In the meantime, if you have any feedback or questions, be sure to contact me by calling 330.595.1742 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

We’re continuously updating both the Top Echelon recruiting software and our split placement network software. So we’re pleased to announce the following software updates!

1. Bilflo Integration

Push placements and contractors directly to Bilflo.com, which automates tasks like time tracking, invoicing, reporting, and forecasting.

2. Microsoft Teams Virtual Meeting Links

Add virtual Microsoft Teams meeting links to Scheduled Activities while sending calendar event invitations.

3. Created Date and Time in Activities

The Created date and time have been added to Completed and Open Activities to show when the Activity originated, especially when that differs from the Scheduled or Completed date or time.

4. Remembering Order of Export Columns

Your previously selected export columns are now remembered so that you can save time by not having to manually reorder them each time.

5. Google Index of Careers Page

The Careers Page is now indexed by Google. Jobs published on your Careers Page will be displayed in Google’s search results, which can increase page traffic and bring greater visibility.

6. One-Time Virus Scan

On Thursday, June 8, we conducted a one-time scan of all existing attachments in our system for viruses/malware. Users were notified via a system notification if we detected any infected files.

Going forward, attachment files will be scanned as they are uploaded and users will be notified according to their notification settings.

7. BETA: Indeed Interview

Add virtual Indeed Interview meeting links to Scheduled Activities while sending calendar event invitations.

8. BETA: Spark Hire Integration

Our Spark Hire integration enables users to create and select structured interview questions that job applicants respond to asynchronously.

This process empowers hiring and staffing teams to interview candidates more efficiently—reducing hiring/placement time while improving interview completion rates, quality of hire, and the candidate experience.

(If you’re interested in Beta testing these new features, email us at beta@topechelon.com.)

Remember, you can always stay informed about software updates by visiting the official Top Echelon Product Updates page. You can see current and past updates, as well as which updates and upgrades are next.

If you have questions about these updates or about any other aspect of your Top Echelon Network and/or recruiting software account, you can:

I’m pleased to announce the Virtual Core Group (VCG) meeting schedule for the month of July!

For those of you who don’t know, Top Echelon Network recruiters share the following information during Virtual Core Group teleconference call meetings:

  • Hot job orders and candidates
  • Information about the activity they’re seeing in the marketplace and/or in their niche
  • Ideas for increased production on their desks and within their agencies

These are the activities that lead most directly to making more split placements in Top Echelon Network.

So that is why I’m inviting—or in other words, strongly encouraging—you to attend one of this month’s Virtual Core Group meetings. Below is the complete VCG schedule for July, including the industries involved and the time that each meeting will be held. (Note: all times are Eastern.)
