Summer is nearly here, and what better way to celebrate the upcoming season than by making split placements with big recruiting fees attached to them?

There is NO better way, if you ask us! (And luckily for us, we were asking us.)

And you should also ask Network members Nick Stoia of ASAP Search and Steve Schanz of CPS Recruitment. That’s because Nick and Steve accounted for the largest split fee of the week in Top Echelon. They placed a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to earn a placement fee of $54K at 30%!

Congratulations are also in order for Doug Beaumont of Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC and Preston Doyle of Doyle Recruiting, as they both made their first split placement as members of Top Echelon Network!

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our weekly placements:

  • Names of the split recruiting partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

Please note that the placements listed below reflect deals finalized in Top Echelon Network for the period from May 29 through June 11, 2023.

Remember, if you don’t want information related to your Network placements published in The Pinnacle, please send an email to marketing@topechelon.com to that effect.

Congratulations to everybody below for the split placements they made in Top Echelon Network!

If you’re a newer Network member and you’d like to enjoy more success in our recruiter network, then I encourage you to contact Top Echelon Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS.

You can do so by calling 330.595.1742 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

Once upon a time, Top Echelon provided website services for recruiters. Specifically, we created new websites for recruiters or updated their existing site.

The bad news is that we no longer offer those services.

The good news is that we’re excited to announce a new partnership between Top Echelon and Recruiters Websites!

This collaboration, of course, is aimed at providing you with the resources to help your agency continue to grow and make more placements.

For more than 10 years, Recruiters Websites has offered recruiters a full suite of services, including website design and development, marketing strategy, digital and traditional advertising, copywriting and editorial content, SEO optimization and management, and API and application integrations—all designed to attract potential clients and candidates and optimized for search engines to maximize your online presence.

Together, Top Echelon and Recruiters Websites are providing a powerful combination of tools and resources that can help you streamline your recruiting process and improve your business development efforts.

To learn more about Recruiters Websites or to request a free website audit, click HERE.

And check The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog for announcements regarding more partnerships between Top Echelon and other top products and services in the recruiting and staffing industry!

Your membership activity in Top Echelon’s recruiter network directly impacts how much success you can enjoy in our Network.

That activity includes finding quality split recruiting partners and forming relationships with them.

As the Director of Network Operations at Top Echelon, it’s my job to help Network members connect with one another as quickly and as effectively as possible.

That way, you can start working together and making splits. After all, making money is the name of the game.

With that in mind, have you asked yourself any—or all—of the following five questions?

#1—Are my Alerts returning bad results?

#2—Am I talking with the right recruiters?

#3—How do I find the right information?

#4—How do I find the right recruiters?

#5—What other steps do I need to take to make split placements?

If you’ve asked yourself one or more of these questions, then there’s one thing you need to do: CALL ME! I’ll talk with you about your Network membership and the specific things you should be doing to experience more success.

(If you have NOT asked yourself these questions, then you really need to CALL ME immediately!)

My goal is to get you together with other recruiters so that you can make more split placements.

Do NOT get discouraged, no matter the industry or niche in which you work.

Instead, contact me and together we’ll put together a plan of attack and success for your Network membership for the rest of this year and beyond!

You can reach me at 330.595.1742 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

Welcome to the next installment in my blog post series about how to enjoy more “Exporter Success” in Top Echelon’s recruiting network.

In this latest installment, I’d like to discuss the steps for qualifying the job order. In my previous blog post, I stressed the importance of finding a job order within your area of expertise in our split network.

Important steps for success

Why is that? Because it’s NOT fair to expect the job order recruiter to “teach you” how to recruit in their niche.

Okay, so let’s say that you’ve found a job that’s in a niche, industry, and/or discipline in which you’re strong. Now what?

Now you qualify the job order, specifically by doing the following two things:

#1—Review the details of the job order carefully.

#2—Once you understand the details and nature of the job order, CALL the recruiter to discuss and qualify the job with them.

I know what you’re thinking: “But I don’t know this recruiter. I’ve never worked with them before.”

If you don’t already know them, this is a great time to get to know them, to find out how they like to work, and to start building a working relationship. This also helps to eliminate miscommunication, which will reduce wasted time.

As you know, time is of the essence during the recruiting process. It’s better to spend two minutes up front to prevent the loss of two days (or more) down the line.

It could mean the difference between closing a deal and a dead end.

If you have any questions about this blog post or about your Top Echelon Network membership in general, you can contact me by calling 330.595.1742 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com. Have a great week!

Top Echelon Customer Success Manager J.D. Fye recently conducted a special Training Tuesday webinar titled, “Reviewing Reports in the Top Echelon ATS.”

J.D. Fye

You may have attended this free webinar on Tuesday, June 6. On the other hand, you may not have been in attendance.

Regardless, we have the recorded version of the webinar, which I am presenting to you now. (The recording is also located in the Top Echelon Help Center.)

If you are not a user of our recruiting software, then check out the video, anyway, to see how the software could benefit your recruiting desk and agency.

We at Top Echelon are continually working to make the resources that we provide to our customers better, and this is yet more proof!

Below is the official description of this training video:

While day-to-day activity can feel insignificant in the moment, it can add up to big results in the long run.

Tracking and viewing your firm’s progress towards placing candidates and landing positions can be the key to understanding previous mistakes and predicting future trends.

Luckily, Top Echelon’s ATS provides three standard reports to help you get the full picture of your business’s status. Join Customer Success Manager J.D. Fye for the next webinar video in our Training Tuesday series, as he gives attendees a tour of:

  • The Activity Report
  • The Pipeline Report
  • The Placement Report
  • And much more!

Believe it or not, the year is more than halfway over. You know where you’ve been, so figure out where you’re going and start “Reviewing Reports in the Top Echelon ATS”!

Watch this Help Center training video!
