The world keeps on turning and Top Echelon Network recruiters keep on burning through the split placements!

Sure, some people are convinced that World War III is just around the corner. And yes, some other people believe that a recession is around that same corner. But the job market is still hot, employers are still in need of workers and talent, and they’re still willing to pay a recruiting fee to get that talent.

It’s that time of month again . . . that’s right, it’s time for the Largest Split Fee of the Month Award!

We don’t actually pass out a physical award, per se. It’s more of a “recognition in front of your peers” award more than anything. But still, being mentioned for splitting a $45K recruiting fee is kind of a reward all by itself.

At least, Bethany Brevard York of Professional Outlook, Inc. and Sarah Katz of First Search, Inc. might think so. That’s because they won the Largest Split Fee of the Month Award for May by placing a Plant Manager at 25%.

Trey Cameron of Cameron Craig Group has been making a push lately to dethrone Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group.

After all, less than $300K separates them in terms of total cash-in within Top Echelon Network during the past 12 months. Just a few months ago, the margin was much larger than that.

However, Michael continues to produce at a high level. He racked up 18 splits during the month of May, generating over $100K in fees in the process. Trey notched 11 splits, settling for a second-place finish.

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiters of the Month feature in Top Echelon Network:

  1. The top 10 recruiters for the month.
  2. The “cash-in” total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made.)
