Every time you see an article like one in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, you should be happy. That’s because more Top Echelon members means more placements!

In fact, placements in Top Echelon Network have been increasing during each of the past four years, and 2017 is no different. In fact, placements in the Network are up nearly 4% over this time last year.

If this trends plays out over the course of 2017, that would make five straight years of placement growth.

New Top Echelon members this week

Below are the seven new Top Echelon members that recently joined our recruiting network. Once again, they work in a variety of industries and niches. The agencies listed below specialize in the following areas, among others:

  • Engineering
  • Sales
  • Information Technology
  • Finance
  • Manufacturing

We want YOU to make more placements in this split fee recruiting network. That’s why we bring in more high-quality, split-minded recruiters just like you that work in your areas of specialization. It’s a formula that’s served us well for the past 29 years. And we have a hunch that it will serve us well for the next 29, as well.

So reach out to these agency owners. Call and ask them what they need right now. Then tell them what you need.

Let’s go! Don’t make me angry. (You wouldn’t like me when I’m angry.)

It doesn’t matter if you’re a newer Network recruiter or an established member. If you want help making more split placements with other Top Echelon members, then I welcome you to contact me!

You can do so by calling 330.455.1433, x156 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

Last week, we kicked off our new “Power of the Network” in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. And now we’re back with our second blog post in the series! And it deals with the complete package when it comes to the placement process in Top Echelon’s recruiter network.

There are a lot of components involved in a non-split placement. So as you might imagine, there are even more components involved in a split placement. But when everything happens the way it’s supposed to happen, it can be a beautiful thing.

A gift wrapped split placement package

That beautiful thing took the form of a recent placement involving Cindy Szajkovics and Adam Franklin. As you can see, Cindy had a ton of nice things to say about Adam’s involvement in the placement.

Those nice things represent the value of Network membership. In other words, they represent the “Power of the Network.” Among those things are the following:

  • Knowledge of the job order recruiter’s needs
  • Knowledge of the client’s needs
  • Connections with numerous top candidates
  • Extensive knowledge of the marketplace in general
  • Presentation of a high-quality candidate
  • Willingness to “hang in there” during a lengthy hiring and placement process
  • Willingness to do whatever is necessary to close the deal

It all adds up to a gift wrapped split placement package! The true “Power of the Network” resides in your trading partners. They have the experience, the contacts, and the know-how to help you increase your split fee recruiting business and by extension, your revenue.

Let us help you meet great recruiters, so that you can build trading partner relationships with them. Then you can experience the power—and the value—that Top Echelon’s recruiting network has to offer.

If YOU are looking to make more split placements in TE, then contact Top Echelon Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS. You can do so by calling 330.455.1433, x156 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

Cindy Szajkovics, CPC

“This was a longer cycle than expected, but it was very nice working with Adam. His candidate was spot-on, and Adam knew exactly what we needed after he and I talked about my clients’ needs. [Adam is a] great recruiter who knows the candidates and the market. I can’t wait to get the next placement with Adam. Thank you for your help!”

(Editor’s note: This is the first Network split placement that Cindy and Adam have made together in Top Echelon.)

There are many “model members” in Top Echelon’s recruiting network. However, there may be none more consistent than Sean Napoles, CPC of Career Brokers, Inc. (And we have reasons to back up this claim!)

Sean started recruiting in 1991, so he recently celebrated his 25th year in the profession. He joined the Network in October of 2000, and he’s done remarkable things since joining. In fact, if there was a Hall of Fame for Top Echelon Network recruiters, Sean would be a first-ballot entrant.

But since there is no TE Hall of Fame (yet), we’re making Sean the Recruiter of the Week instead! As if we need to substantiate our claims, here are six reasons why:

#1 — His production

Sean, primarily an exporter of candidates, has made 261 placements in the Network. Those placements have translated into nearly $2.4 million cash-in during his TE career. Sean is in rare company in terms of Network production.

#2 — His consistency

Sean reaches double digits in placements within Top Echelon Network every year. He’s as close to a “split placement machine” as you can get.

#3 — His commitment to quality

He demands quality not just from himself, but also from his trading partners and the way in which they interact with him. As a result, he acts as an accelerant to the placement process. (Quality, of course, is one of the Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network.)

#4 — His split-minded attitude

Some recruiters view splits as an “afterthought,” to be pursued only when all of their other (non-split) avenues have been exhausted. Not Sean. He works ceaselessly to provide quality candidates for his trading partner’s job openings.

#5 — His belief in the Top Echelon Network system

Not only does Sean believe in the system, but he also invests in the system with his time, energy, and resources. Last year, he paid $1,560 to Top Echelon in Network membership dues, and he made 18 split placements. That’s a nice, tidy return on his investment.

#6 — His willingness to invest in relationships

Sean attends recruiter networking events like the Top Echelon National Convention every chance he gets. He’s eager to meet new trading partners and stay in touch with current ones. The only thing better than making split placements is celebrating split placements.

For these reasons (and many more), Sean Napoles is Recruiter of the Week! Congratulations to Sean from everybody at Top Echelon!
