More Top Echelon Network members are making split placements because of the MEGA Database. And we have more of that in the form of the following case study.

As you can see by the comments below, Kerry Boehner of KOB Solutions, Inc. did a search in the MEGA Database looking for candidates. While doing this, she noticed another member seemed to have a lot of candidates close to the mark. However, instead of simply requesting information through the MEGA, she picked up the telephone and gave him a call. (Communication is one of the Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network, after all.)

First TE split . . . to the 50th

The member in question happened to be Peter Converse of Belle Oaks of America, Inc. Peter joined Top Echelon’s recruiter network in October of 2018. So as it turned out, he made his first TE split with Kerry. Not only that, but the reason he made his first TE split was the MEGA Database!

Peter has paid just a little over $1,000 in membership dues since joining Top Echelon Network. However, because of the power of the Network—including the MEGA Database—Peter has already received almost an 800% return on his TE investment.

So congratulations to Peter on his first TE split. And congratulations to Kerry Boehner, who has now made 50 splits in the Network. (This split with Peter was her 49th Top Echelon placement.)

More members are making splits with the MEGA. So if you run a search and you see another member has candidates you might be able to place, give them a call like Kerry did. The MEGA is just one more tool that Top Echelon provides to help its Network members make more placements.

Have you ever been in a situation where you thought somebody knew something . . . but to your amazement, they did not? Well, we’re in that kind of situation with our Recruiter Coaching Series of webinars.

The reason we’re in that kind of situation is that we recently conducted a poll of Top Echelon Network members. That poll, as you might have already guessed, was about the Recruiter Coaching Series.

Before we get too far into this blog post, let’s reveal the results of that poll. Below is the specific question that we posed in the Members’ Area of the Top Echelon website:

The choice of answers that we provided is listed below, along with the percentage of split network recruiters that selected each one:

  • Yes, all the time — 14.3%
  • Yes, every once in a while — 56.0%
  • No, but I’m thinking about doing so. — 8.8%
  • No, and I never will. — 4.4%
  • What is your Recruiter Coaching Series of webinars? — 16.5%

Recruiter Coaching Series details

As you can see, there’s plenty of good news in the poll results. For example, 14.3% of recruiters indicated they take advantage of the webinars “all the time.” Another 56% chose “Yes, every once in a while” as their answer.

Even though 8.8% of poll participants haven’t participated in the Coaching Series yet, they’re “thinking about doing so.” Not exactly great news, but not exactly bad news, either.

But then . . . there were the others. Representing the first category are those who said “No, and I never will” at 4.4%. Fine, be that way.

The final response was “What is your Recruiter Coaching Series of webinars?” Over 16% of poll respondents chose that answer. So shame on us. This is a situation where we thought somebody knew something. It’s a situation where we thought all Top Echelon Network members knew about our Recruiter Coaching Series.
