We have the most recent TE Network split placements in this issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog!

And it just so happens that there’s a recruiter in the Network who has made their first TE split placement. That recruiter is Alpana Kapur of Saba Talent.

Alpana made her split with Dan Trudeau of PRA USA. Alpana and Dan placed a Warranty Manager – Electronics to earn a $28,000 fee at 20%.

However, there are other recruiters who made split placements in TE Network recently . . . and they’re all listed below!

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our placements:

  • Names of the trading partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE Network’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

Please note that the placements listed below reflect deals finalized in TE Network for the period from May 5 through May 18, 2025.

Remember, if you don’t want information related to your split placements published in The Pinnacle, please send an email to marketing@topechelon.com to that effect.

Congratulations to everybody below for the split placements they made in TE Network!

If you’re a newer TE Network member and you’d like to enjoy more success in our recruiter network, then I encourage you to contact Top Echelon Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS.

You can do so by calling 330.595.1742 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

The year is certainly flying by, is it not? After all, it’s hard to believe that we’re rapidly approaching the halfway mark of 2025.

Now that we’re nearly at the end of the fifth month of the year, it can mean only one thing . . . the Memorial Day holiday!

As you might have already guessed, the Top Echelon Software offices are closed on Memorial Day. Specifically, the Top Echelon offices will be closed on Monday, May 26, in observance of the holiday.

In this case, the “Top Echelon Software offices” refers to the following:

No worries, though. Our offices will re-open at 8 a.m., EDT the following day: Tuesday, May 27.

As always, I’d like to take a moment to wish you a fun and safe Memorial Day holiday. This is a great opportunity to get together with family and friends and to travel for parties, picnics, and barbeques.

And of course, the Memorial Day holiday is always an opportunity to remember those who have served our country or who are currently serving our nation, both here and overseas.

We hope that you have a great holiday weekend!

Despite everything that’s happened in the world during the past several years and a seemingly never-ending degree of economic uncertainty here in these United States (hello, Tariff Mania), high-quality candidates are still in short supply.

And of course, you’d like to make a full fee on your placements. That’s why the temptation exists to hoard your best candidates for yourself.

However, that’s often not the best strategy . . . especially if you don’t have open positions that are a fit for those candidates.

That’s why it’s always a good idea to send your BEST candidates to your trading partners. After all:

  • Your candidates are open to making a move.
  • The company has an urgent hiring need.
  • There’s a recruiter on the other end who can help with the process.

Your best candidates = more placements

Great candidates don’t hold much value if you can’t place them. But what if you sent those great candidates to your trading partners in TE Network? What then?

Well, they could very well get placed. Then you get money. Then you get happy.

Is “half a loaf” better than no loaf at all? Is receiving a check for $10,000 (or more) better than not receiving a check at all?

Sometimes, questions just seem to answer themselves.

To fully leverage the resources of your TE Network membership so you can make more placements before the end of 2025, contact Top Echelon Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS at 330.595.1742 or via email at drea@topechelon.com.

Welcome to the final blog post in my series about how to enjoy more “Exporter Success” as a member of Top Echelon’s recruiting network.

In this latest installment, I’d like to discuss qualifying the candidates that you submit to other recruiters in TE Network. What do I mean by “qualifying”?

Don’t assume that your version of qualifying candidates matches that of the other recruiter. Keep this question in mind: “What is the process that you use to submit candidates to your own clients’ positions?”

Blueprint for qualifying candidates

After all, you don’t just send candidates to your clients so they can “run with them” and then expect them to send you a check because you forwarded a few resumes . . . do you?

With that in mind, follow the four steps listed below:

#1—Talk with the candidate.

#2—Don’t go along with the fact that the candidate thinks they’re a fit for the position. Use your experience and knowledge of the position and the niche. (You’re still working inside your niche and to your strengths, right?)

#3—Make sure that the candidate is qualified by all terms of the job description and they’re available and looking to make a move.

#4—When you have candidates who have been qualified and not just resumes, send those candidates to your trading partners and follow that up with a telephone call!

And of course, what is the most important thread when qualifying candidates?

Communication, communication, and MORE communication.

I hope this has been a helpful series of blog posts. If you have any questions about how you can experience more success in TE Network, please contact me.

You can do so by calling 330.595.1742 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.
