It’s that time of the month again . . . when we announce the biggest split fees in Top Echelon’s recruiting network!

Well, it’s that time of the month when we announce the biggest fees from the previous month . . . not the current one, of course . . . because we haven’t perfected time travel at TE. Not yet, anyway.

And because of this, we will be living in the past for the duration of this blog post. Specifically, we’d like to congratulate Kerry Boehner of KOB Solutions, Inc. and Uri Katz of Ortek Management Recruiters.

That’s because Kerry and Uri scored the Largest Split Fee of the Month in TE for April, placing a Senior Director to the tune of $55,000! And coincidentally, this was also Uri’s first-ever placement in Top Echelon.

That was also the case for Butch Sweedar of Omega Point Partners, who was fourth on the list along with Krishonna Williams of She Recruits, LLC. Butch and Krishonna split a fee of $30K to notch their fourth-place finish.

As a friendly reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

We have multiple milestones to mention in this monthly issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog!

Of course, we must start with the fact that Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting is the Recruiter of the Month in Top Echelon Network.

However, the second-place finisher—Kerry Boehner of KOB Solutions, Inc.—recently surpassed two milestones. She made her 100th split placement in Top Echelon and she also reached $1 million cash-in as a Network member.

That’s the very definition of a “win-win” when the same person wins both times!

But wait, there’s more. Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search is within shouting distance of $5 million cash-in during his tenure in Top Echelon Network.

And last but not least, Uri Katz of Ortek Management Recruiters made his first placement as a Network member in April. That split brought Uri the hefty sum of $28,850.

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiters of the Month feature in Top Echelon Network:

  1. The top five (5) recruiters for the month.
  2. The cash-in total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of cash-in dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the month.
  4. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their Network career.
  5. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their Network career.

With this format, it’s more likely there will be ties among recruiters, especially with those Network members who have made split placements with each other.

Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting is the Recruiter of the Month for April in Top Echelon’s recruiting network.
