Our Regional Core Groups allow Top Echelon Network recruiters from various locations meet each other on a face-to-face basis: Ohio recruiters . . . Florida recruiters . . . Indiana recruiters . . . and now California recruiters.

Yes, we’ve held a California Regional Core Group meeting before in the Network, but I wanted to make it sound more dramatic. The good news is that we’re holding such a meeting again!

The better news is that I have some more information regarding the meeting, including the location, which is below:

Hotel Irvine
17900 Jamboree Road
Irvine, CA  92614

There are three additional pieces of information I’d like to pass along regarding this meeting of California recruiters:

  • The date: Wednesday, June 29
  • The time: 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • The cost: $45 per person

That $45 includes a buffet lunch. However, as I’ve mentioned previously in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, food is NOT the primary goal of this meeting; it’s just one of the benefits. The primary goal of Regional Core Group meetings is to network with other like-minded Top Echelon Network recruiters for the purposes of sharing knowledge and exchanging hot job orders and candidates.

In addition, attendees will engage in both unstructured opportunities and structured activities that revolve around networking. Our goal is to get you connected with other recruiters within the same industry and/or niche so that you can make more split placements.

After all, that IS the mission statement of Top Echelon. We want to help you make placements and generate more revenue for your firm, and events like this one absolutely accomplish that goal.

If you’d like to attend this meeting of California recruiters in Top Echelon Network, then please contact me at 330.455.1433, x156 or via email at drea@topechelon.com. OR if you’d like to help start a new regional core group, we can do that, too.

As we all know, one of the most important steps in effective branding is providing a great experience . . . and that’s why we strive to make the Top Echelon Network experience as positive as possible.

However, to find out exactly how great that experience is, we can’t ask ourselves. (After all, we’re a little biased.) No, a better barometer would be to ask YOU, our Network members. So that’s what we did!

The poll question that we posed in Members’ Area was as follows:

How would you describe your encounters with other Network recruiters since becoming member?

Results:

The choice of answers that we provided is listed below, along with the percentage of recruiters that selected each one:

  • Far more positive than negative — 65.0%
  • A little more positive than negative — 8.9%
  • As much positive as negative — 12.2%
  • A little more negative than positive — 10.6%
  • Far more negative than positive — 3.3%

Summary:

Over half of Preferred Members participating in the poll (65.0%) indicated that their encounters with other Network recruiters have been “far more positive than negative.” Another 8.9% chose “a little more positive than negative” as their answer.

As a result, nearly three-quarters of poll participants (73.9%) have found their encounters with other Network recruiters to be “more positive” than negative (to varying degrees, of course).

In addition, 12.2% indicated that their encounters have been “as much negative as positive.” Only a small percentage of recruiters reported outright negative experiences, with 10.6% being “a little more negative than positive” and 3.3% being “far more negative than positive.”

Analysis and Conclusion:

Top Echelon Network prides itself on positive interactions between its Preferred Member recruiters. While those interactions are sometimes negative in nature and there will always be room to grow, the majority of encounters that recruiters have in the Network are genuinely positive ones.

Only through positive interactions and experiences can Network recruiters form solid Trading Partner relationships with one another and make more split placements. That’s why we’re always striving to create a positive atmosphere for Network recruiters.

Remember when I said that we would make it a habit to combine the many accomplishments of Top Echelon Network member Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group into a single blog post, namely because has too many accomplishments and we have to few blog posts?

Well, we weren’t joking about that. Blog space is at a premium, my friends.

With that in mind, we have a blog post devoted to the Recruiter of the Month for April (Trey) and a series of comments submitted by other Network members about Trey for recent placements they made together. Put all of that together, and you have . . . a ton of money. You also have this blog post.

Below are the top five recruiters in Top Echelon Network for the month of April, followed by a series of comments submitted by a few of Trey’s many split partners:
