Get used to seeing Brad Dodge’s name in this issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. Not only is Brad the Recruiter of the Month for April, but he was also part of the Largest Split Placement Fee of the Month in TE Network.

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

But wait, there’s more! As you can see below, he is also part of five recent split placements in the Network. (Those five splits, as you might imagine, went a long way in propelling him to yet another Recruiter of the Month Award.)

However, this is more than just the “Brad Dodge Show.” There were other recruiters who made split placements, as well, and I demand that you check out their splits! (Well . . . I politely request that you check them out. Thank you for your time.)

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our split placements:

  • Names of the trading partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE Network’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

Please note that the placements listed below reflect deals finalized in TE Network for the period from April 20 through May 3, 2026.

Remember, if you don’t want information related to your split placements published in The Pinnacle, please send an email to marketing@topechelon.com to that effect.

Once again, congratulations to everybody below for the split placements they made in TE Network!

Not only did Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting win the Recruiter of the Month Award for April, but he was also part of the Largest Split Fee of the Month?

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

Brad and Edward Duff of RCD Group placed a Heavy Civil Project Manager, and that placement was finalized in April. The duo then split a placement fee of $40,625 for their collective efforts, and that represented the biggest split placement fee of the month.

Maria Hemminger of MJ Recruiters, who finished second in the Recruiter of the Month standings for April, had a strong showing in terms of the largest split fees of the month. As you can see below, she shared three of the top five recruiting fees in April.

Below are our other winners for the month. Johnny, tell them what they’ve won . . .

As a friendly reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its TE Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

So congratulations to everybody on the list below for scoring some BIG placement fees during the month!

Another month, another Recruiter of the Month Award for Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting.

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

Brad beat the field by being part of eight split placements during the month of April. Those eight brought him a cash-in total of more than $72K.

Meanwhile, Maria Hemminger of MJ Recruiters, LLC finished second in the April standings. Maria, who was the keynote speaker at TE Connect Spring 2026 in Florida at the end of last month, was part of three splits producing a cash-in total of just over $54K.

Here is the information that we include with the Recruiter of the Month feature in TE Network:

  1. The top five (5) recruiters for the month.
  2. The cash-in total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of cash-in dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they’ve made.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the month.
  4. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their TE Network career.
  5. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their TE Network career.

With this format, it’s more likely that there will be ties among recruiters, especially with those TE Network members who have made split placements with each other.

Once again, congratulations to the recruiters listed below . . . and congratulations to every TE Network member who made a split placement (or multiple splits) during the month!

April continued the strong trend regarding new members inside TE Network, building on the momentum from the previous months.

Top Echelon Network Membership Development Coordinator Drea Codispoti, CERS

Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS

More members mean more recruiters, broader specialties, increased job flow, and greater opportunities to collaborate across the Network.

Each new agency adds fresh perspective, valuable relationships, and access to new industries and niches nationwide. That’s what strengthens the Network: not just individual connections, but the collective reach of every member working together. As the Network grows, so does its ability to create successful placements through collaboration.

We’re excited to welcome our newest members for April and look forward to seeing them build strong, productive trading partner relationships. Their addition represents new potential for everyone already in the Network.

Keep this in mind: your next split placement could come from one of these new members. That’s the power of a collaborative recruiting community: when one recruiter succeeds, everyone benefits.

As always, you can view both applicants and newly approved members in the Network Dashboard within the software.

However, we also list our new members in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. This list typically includes the:

  • Name of the agency
  • Industries and/or specialties in which the agency operates
  • Names of the recruiters working at the agency
  • Geographic location of the agency

So I’d like to take this moment to congratulate the recruiting agencies listed below and publicly welcome them to TE Network. I look forward to helping them make split placements!

(Note: If you have any questions about reaching out to new members or about your membership in general, please contact me. My contact information is listed at the end of this blog post.)

That member is Gary Elias. And the agency in question? Elias Associates, Inc., of course!

Gary and his agency are celebrating a quarter century as a member of TE Network. Of course, when they joined back in 2001, the Network was known as Top Echelon Network. However, that is just one of 30 anniversaries that we’re celebrating in TE Network this month. The other 29 are below . . .
