Spring is finally here, and the only thing better than flowers blooming is a big, fact placement fee blooming in the middle of your recruiting desk.

And speaking of which, we have the largest split fees in Top Echelon Network for the month of March!

Congratulations are in order for Christina Boudreaux of Connectly Recruiting and Ann Boland of The Boland Group. That’s because Christina and Ann placed a Chief Human Resources Officer to generate a fee of $45K.

And, you guessed it, that’s the Largest Split Fee of the Month!

However, as you can see below, that was not the only hefty fee during the month of March. There were plenty of others, with a couple of them north of $40K.

Congratulations to Christina Boudreaux of Connectly Recruiting and Ann Boland of The Boland Group who placed a Chief Human Resources Officer for a split placement fee of $45,000 flat!

As a reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

So congratulations to everybody on the list below for scoring some BIG placement fees during the month!

We have more split placements and more large fees in Top Echelon Network!

In fact, we have two pair of Network members sharing the top spot for the week. Those two pair are listed below:

  • Ben Brown of TSS Sourcing Solutions and Gary Schultz of Work 22, Inc.
  • Chuck Cole of Cole Professional Search and Trey Cameron of Cameron Craig Group

Ben and Gary placed a Senior Developer, while Chuck and Trey placed an Electrical Engineering Lead/Manager. However, both sets of recruiters generated a placement fee of $41,250 for their efforts, meaning that they both accounted for the largest split fee of the week in TE.

Congratulations are also in order for two Top Echelon members who made their first Network split placement recently. Those two are Amir Asgari of Saba Talent and Greg White of Gregory White.

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our weekly placements:

  • Names of the split recruiting partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

Please note that the placements listed below reflect deals finalized in Top Echelon Network for the period from April 3 through April 9, 2023.

Remember, if you don’t want information related to your Network placements published in The Pinnacle, please send an email to marketing@topechelon.com to that effect.

Congratulations to everybody below for the split placements they made in Top Echelon Network!

If you’re a newer Network member and you’d like to enjoy more success in our recruiter network, then I encourage you to contact Top Echelon Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS.

You can do so by calling 330.595.1742 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

It’s been a while, but Trey Cameron of Cameron Craig Group has dethroned Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group as Recruiter of the Month.

For many years, Trey was the perennial winner of the award. Then, during the past two years, Michael was consistently on top of the heap. Now Trey has struck the most recent blow in this brewing rivalry.

However, on a 12-month rolling basis, Michael is still comfortably ahead. In fact, he’s nearly $400K comfortably ahead. It’s a long year, though, and anything can happen.

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiters of the Month feature in Top Echelon Network:

  1. The top five (5) recruiters for the month.
  2. The “cash-in” total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the month.
  4. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their Network career.
  5. Each recruiter’s “cash-in” total for their Network career.

With this format, there are more than likely going to be ties among recruiters, especially with those Preferred Members who have made split placements with each other.

Congratulations to the recruiters listed below . . . and congratulations to every Network Member who made a split placement (or multiple splits) during the month!

It’s been a bumpy start to the year for both the economy overall and the job market specifically. Bank failures, layoffs, and inflation . . . oh, my!

The good news is that it all of this turmoil does not appear to have dampened recruiters’ interest in the value that Top Echelon Network provides. That’s because, as you can see below, another 20 agencies joined the Network during the month of March.

As is the case every month, our new Network firms work in a variety of industries and niches, and they’re all ready to make split placements and generate more revenue! These industries include Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Chemical, Healthcare, Telecommunications, and Construction, among others.

With that in mind, I encourage you to look over the list of new Preferred Member firms below. And of course, reach out to any one of them (or more) if you believe that you can make splits together.

We run the names of recruiting agencies applying for Preferred Membership in the Network Dashboard section of the Top Echelon software. We list the names of new Network members, as well.

However, we also list our new Preferred Members in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. This list typically includes the:

  • Name of the agency
  • Industries and/or specialties in which the agency operates
  • Names of the recruiters working at the agency
  • Geographic location of the agency

So I’d like to take this moment to once again congratulate the agencies listed below and welcome them to the Network. I look forward to helping them make split placements!

(Note: If you have any questions about reaching out to new Preferred Members or about your split recruiting membership in general, please contact me. My contact information is listed at the end of this blog post.)

We have more big anniversaries in Top Echelon Network in the month of April, and none are bigger than the anniversary that KB Search Team, LLC is celebrating.

That’s because the agency is celebrating its 33rd year as a Preferred Member of Top Echelon Network!

It would be an understatement to say that KB Search Team has been a juggernaut since joining the Network in 1990. Here are some numbers confirming that claim:

  • 341 split placements
  • $2.7 million cash-in
  • Two recruiters in the agency who have made more than 100 Network splits (Pat McCombs and Brenda Wylie-Biggs)
  • One recruiter in the agency who has billed more than $1 million through the Network (Pat McCombs)

However, let’s not forget that there is another Top Echelon agency celebrating a Network anniversary of at least 30 years, and that’s Executive Directions & Pinnacle International. Not only that, but there are also six other agencies celebrating Top Echelon anniversaries of at least 20 years.

When recognizing Network agencies for their anniversaries, Top Echelon includes the name of the agency; the length of the anniversary; and the location of the agency, including the city and state.

So congratulations to all of the agencies celebrating anniversaries in our split fee recruiting network during the month of April!
