Spring is finally here, and the only thing better than flowers blooming is a big, fact placement fee blooming in the middle of your recruiting desk.
And speaking of which, we have the largest split fees in Top Echelon Network for the month of March!
Congratulations are in order for Christina Boudreaux of Connectly Recruiting and Ann Boland of The Boland Group. That’s because Christina and Ann placed a Chief Human Resources Officer to generate a fee of $45K.
And, you guessed it, that’s the Largest Split Fee of the Month!
However, as you can see below, that was not the only hefty fee during the month of March. There were plenty of others, with a couple of them north of $40K.
Congratulations to Christina Boudreaux of Connectly Recruiting and Ann Boland of The Boland Group who placed a Chief Human Resources Officer for a split placement fee of $45,000 flat!
As a reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:
1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter
We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.
So congratulations to everybody on the list below for scoring some BIG placement fees during the month!
