In January, 23 recruiting agencies joined Top Echelon Network.

In February, 22 recruiting agencies joined Top Echelon Network.

And in March, a total of—you guessed it—21 recruiting agencies joined Top Echelon Network!

This marks a new membership record for Top Echelon. Specifically, this is the first time that 20 or more agencies have become members in three consecutive months. This underscores the fact that the recruiting industry is alive and well and that the employment marketplace and the job market are bouncing back from the COVID-19 pandemic.

However, all of this begs the question: will 20 agencies join the Network in April and keep the streak alive?

As you might already know, we run the names of recruiting agencies applying for membership in the Network Dashboard of the Top Echelon software. We list the names of new Network agencies, as well.

However, we also list our new members in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. This list typically includes the:

  • Name of the agency
  • Industries and/or specialties in which the agency operates
  • Names of the recruiters working at the agency
  • Geographic location of the agency

So I’d like to take this moment to congratulate the agencies listed below. I also welcome them to the membership and look forward to helping them make splits in the Network!

We’re not really trying to be coy about how much the largest split placement fee was in Top Echelon Network for March. That’s because the dollar amount was exactly the same as the largest split placement fee in the Network for February.

And if you already looked (or if you remembered), then you know that it was—and is—$60,000!

In March, Emily Outwaite of Med-Exec Solutions and Jacob of Horn of VivoHealthStaff split that amount (minus Top Echelon’s 6% brokerage fee, of course) by placing a Medical Director. But that wasn’t the only big fee that Network recruiters split during the month of March, as you can plainly see below!

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We’re pleased to present the top recruiters in Top Echelon Network for the month of March!

Last year, we made a couple of changes to this regular feature in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. Those changes are as follows:

  1. We now list the top 10 recruiters for the month, instead of just the top five.
  2. We now base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made during the month.

I recently announced in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog that Top Echelon’s Second Annual Virtual Awards Ceremony was scheduled for Friday, April 9. However, I’m back to announce that due to unforeseen circumstances, the ceremony has been rescheduled.

But you won’t have long to wait, because the new date for the awards ceremony is Friday, April 23!

What will not change is the time of the event, which is once again 3 p.m., EDT. In addition, the platform for this event will be Google Meetings, and I will share the login information with you at the end of this Pinnacle Blog post.

And exactly WHY is April a big month for anniversaries in Top Echelon’s recruiting network? Well, there are a few reasons:

  • We have an agency celebrating its 31st anniversary in the Network.
  • We have five agencies celebrating anniversaries of 20 years or longer.
  • There are a total of 54 agencies celebrating a Network anniversary

The Network agency that is celebrating its 31st anniversary is KB Search Team, LLC in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The recruiters of KB Search Team have been very successful as members of the Network. The agency has accounted for 291 placements overall and $2.2 million of cash-in revenue.

There are four other agencies celebrating Network anniversaries of 20 years or more. Those agencies are Executive Direction & Pinnacle International (28 years); SearchStars, Inc. (26 years); ASAP Search (22 years); and Recruiters Network, Inc. (21 years).

As you can see below, there are 54 agencies overall celebrating a Network anniversary during the month of April. Top Echelon now recognizes any and ALL Network agencies celebrating an anniversary during a given month.

When recognizing Network agencies for their anniversaries, Top Echelon includes the name of the agency; the length of the anniversary; and the location of the agency, including the city and state.
