We have some familiar faces and (unfamiliar faces) in this week’s Pinnacle Newsletter Blog article regarding split placements.

Leading the way this week are James Grayem of Jamie Grayem and Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting. James finalized three split placements with trading partners, resulting in $47,840 in recruiting fees, while Brad was also part of three splits totaling $49,858 (And of course, James and Brad made two of their three splits with each other.)

And speaking of new faces, making their first and second placements as a member of Top Echelon Network was Santosh Booluck of Right Fit Recruitment. Because if you’re going to make your first placement in TE, you might as well make your second one, as well!

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our weekly placements:

  • Names of the split recruiting partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

We’re continuously updating both the Top Echelon recruiting software and our split placement network software. So we’re pleased to announce the following software updates!

1. [BETA] AI Job Description Generator

This includes the ability to use AI to automatically generate a job description based upon the Job Title and other fields, such as the current Job Description, Education, Compensation Requirements, Remote Status, and more.

2. [PRO TIER] Job Merge Fields in Texts

Job fields are now available as Text Message Merge Fields. This allows you to merge a Job-related field into outgoing text messages.

3. Return to Where You Left Off

If you’re logged out due to inactivity, logging back in will now return you to the page you were viewing, instead of the main Dashboard.

4. Text Messaging Opt-In

In compliance with A2P 10DLC text messaging standards, phone number fields on Job Board and Careers Page applications will now include a checkbox where applicants can opt-in to receive text messages from you.

Any numbers that are not opted in will be automatically marked as “Do Not Text” in your database

5. SourceWhale Integration Activity Logging

All Activity Types that take place in SourceWhale can now be logged in associated Top Echelon records.

This must be initially configured via Note Mapping settings within SourceWhale’s interface.
