While parts of the country are still laboring through the last stretch of winter, we can all warm ourselves up with a hot drink, a roaring fire, and some split placements. Some split placements with big fees, that is!

And no Top Echelon Network split placement in February had a bigger fee associated with it than the one made by Preferred Members Amy Chapman of Key People Staffing and Eric Berg of JN Adams & Associates, Inc.

Amy and Eric placed a Plant Manager to generate a fee of $50K at 25%. But that’s just one of the big fees in the Network during the month of February. I encourage you to check out the rest, which are listed below.

We have the Recruiter of the Month for February, and it’s a familiar face: Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group.

But this week, we’d like to highlight the second-place finisher: Trey Cameron of Cameron Craig Group.

That’s because Trey set a milestone recently that will be difficult to beat. He is now the only member of the “$10 Million Club” in Top Echelon Network. As you can see below, Trey has made 1,284 TE placements during his Network tenure totaling just north of $10 million.

So while we congratulate Michael, we’d also like to congratulate Trey . . . for his production, his longevity, and his loyalty as a Preferred Member of Top Echelon Network all these years.

  2. The “cash-in” total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made.)

February was another strong month for membership in Top Echelon Network. As you can see below, a total of 16 recruiting agencies joined the Network ranks during the month, and I am most certainly glad to highlight them in this issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog!

As is the case every month, our new Network firms work in a variety of industries and niches, and they’re all ready to make split placements and generate more revenue! These industries include Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Chemical, Healthcare, Telecommunications, and Construction, among others.

You may remember that Steve Brody of Executive Resource Systems is the last Charter Member of Top Echelon Network. The last one still currently active in the Network, that is.
