In the 32 years and 100+ conferences that we’ve held for our customers, we’ve never cancelled an event.

We’ve always felt it was our responsibility to follow through, no matter the economic conditions or the prospects for attendance. If we were able to help just one of our customers, then we would hold the event.

Unfortunately, due to the current events surrounding the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and because of the concern for the safety and well being of our customers and their families, we have made the decision to cancel Top Echelon Connect 2020.

This event was scheduled for Thursday, April 30, and Friday, May 1, at Harrah’s Las Vegas Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Earlier today, I sent an email to every recruiter who had already registered for TE Connect 2020 to inform them of this development. Of course, we will refund their convention registration fee.

This was not a decision that we made lightly. We considered all of the elements and factors involved, and ultimately, our decision to cancel the event was made with everyone’s health and safety in mind.

We’re bringing back Training Tuesday for members of Top Echelon’s recruiter network!

Obviously, we already conduct Training Tuesday webinars for the Big Biller recruiting software on the first Tuesday of every month. And then, of course, we offer webinars as part of our Expert Recruiter Coaching Series, which are scheduled for the second Tuesday of every month.

When we first began recognizing Top Echelon member agencies for celebrating Network anniversaries, we recognized agencies celebrating five, 10, 15, and 20-year TE Network anniversaries, plus any agency celebrating an anniversary in excess of 20 years.

However, we eventually changed those criteria.

Instead, we now recognize any and ALL Network agencies celebrating an anniversary during a given month. When recognizing Network agencies for anniversaries, Top Echelon includes the name of the agency, the location of the agency, and the date that it joined the Network.
