We’ve established this before, but let’s go over it one more time.

Question: What’s better than making a placement?

Answer: Making a placement with a big fee.

And to help illustrate this fact are the top 10 largest split recruiting fees in Top Echelon Network for the month of February!

Just like last week, when long-tenured members were dominating the placement party in TE, they’re doing the same thing with these fees. Most of the recruiters below have been Network members for five, 10, and 15 years (and yes, in some instances, even more than that).

As a reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

Apologies to whatever football loyalties he may have, but Steve Brody is the “Tom Brady of Top Echelon Network.”

Longevity? Check. A Charter Member of the Network, Steve has now been part of Top Echelon for 34 years.

Success? Check. Steve has made 134 placements and billed $872K through the Network.

Similar last names? Check. “Brady” and “Brody” are only separated by one letter. Coincidence? We think not.

And like Tom did before retiring recently, Steve shows no signs of slowing down. Just as he was leading the way in splits two weeks ago, he’s also among the top 10 recruiters in the Network for February! And as long as you’re looking, below is the information that we include with the Recruiters of the Month feature in Top Echelon Network:

  2. The “cash-in” total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made during the month.)

  5. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their Network career
  6. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their Network career

With this format, there are more than likely going to be ties among recruiters, especially with those members who have made split placements with each other.

Just like last year, Network membership is on fire during the first quarter! (And once again, not literally. Nobody is literally on fire.)

A total of 20 agencies joined the Network during the month of January. And then another 21 joined in the month of February.

Dare we say that 22 agencies will join in March? No, because we do not “count our chickens before they hatch.” When you think about it, that phrase is actually pretty dark and is the result of somebody who had to learn some hard truths about farm life.

Where were we? Ah, yes . . . the 21 agencies that joined the Network in February!

As the Director of Network Operations in Top Echelon, I am very glad that these agencies have joined us. I look forward to helping them make Network splits in 2022—and beyond.

We at Top Echelon run the names of recruiting agencies applying for membership in the Network Dashboard section of the Top Echelon software. We list the names of new Network agencies, as well.

Yes, you know that Steve Brody is the “last man standing” in Top Echelon Network. He is a Charter Member and celebrating his 34th anniversary with TE this month.
