A Top Echelon Network recruiter scored a “hat trick”? What does that mean?

Well, if you’re a hockey fan, then you know that a “hat trick” is scoring three goals in one game. Within the context of Network Preferred Membership, a “hat trick” is finalizing three placements in the same week.

And that’s exactly what Peggy Baggott of RCC Group, LLC did last week! Peggy made three splits, two of them with Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group. Peggy has ramped up her Network activity as of late, making six TE split placements during the past 12 months.

However, there are even more reasons to celebrate this week. That’s because Rob Piotrowski of Ironman Staffing Medical Services, Inc. and Pamela Bellish of Bellish & Associates, LLC both made their first Network split recently . . . and they made it with each other!

And last, but certainly not least, James Sullivan of Ethical Search Professionals, Ltd. and Trey Cameron of Cameron Craig Group placed a Quality Manager at 25% to generate a fee of $37,500. That was by far the largest split placement fee of the week!

This should actually come as no surprise . . .

Last week, we chronicled how Maggie Wolgamot of Ridgeback Management Services, LLC made her first split placement ever in Top Echelon Network with Mark Rowbottom of Rowbottom Partners.

That split was especially mentionable because it brought with it a recruiting fee of $83,625. The part that should come as no surprise is the fact that the placement is the Largest Split Fee of the Month in Top Echelon for the month of January!

However, there were plenty of other sizeable fees during the month, as you can see below. In fact, all five of the fees listed below are $40K or higher.

Nearly 50 years ago, in April of 1973, a Scottish folk band released a song titled “Stuck in the Middle with You.” In case you haven’t heard the song, it’s quite good and you can listen to it HERE.

Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group has been the number-one recruiter in Top Echelon Network for the past two years. Is there any coincidence here? Absolutely none, especially since Michael is not “Stuck” in the middle.

There are only 18 people in the above stock photo image. That might do for a month in which only 18 recruiting firms joined Top Echelon Network.

However, it won’t do for the month of January, because 23 firms joined the Network last month! (And if you think that we’re not excited about the fact that 23 firms joined our Network during the first month of 2023, then you’re wrong.)

In January of 2022, a total of 20 recruiting firms joined Top Echelon’s split recruiting network. So we’re already ahead of last year’s pace. And as they say, it’s better to be ahead than to be behind . . . or something like that.
