At Top Echelon, we strive to communicate more information to Network members about the many upgrades and improvements being made to the Network software.

There are two simple reasons for this:

  1. We are continually working on the software. However, if we don’t communicate what we’re doing, then Network members like yourself may think that we’re not doing anything. That is certainly not the case. Although we share information at recruiter networking events like the upcoming National Convention (Top Echelon Connect 2020), not every member attends those events.
  2. If you’re fully aware of the upgrades and improvements that we’re making to the Network software, then you can better plan how you’ll utilize your split network membership. Planning is one half of success. Execution is the other.

With this is mind, we’re excited to announce that we have a new software release scheduled for Thursday, February 13, that brings Network Jobs into the new version of the software. This means you’ll no longer need to navigate to the legacy version to view and work your split partners’ positions!

Curt Spallone of Compuray Medical Staffing, Inc. has spent two stints as a Top Echelon Network member. And so far, both of those stints have been successful.

After making 30 split placements during his first stint, Curt recently rejoined the Network and has “hit the ground running.” Specifically, he’s made three splits with trading partner Cindy Sommer of SearchStars, Inc. And one of them is the Largest Split Fee of the Month for January!

In fact, Cindy and Curt have the chance to win multiple awards. That’s because they recently placed three Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant positions with the corresponding placement fees:

  • $39,000
  • $40,000
  • $36,250

So after rejoining the Network, Curt has made three splits totaling more than $100K in total fees. Sounds like success to us!

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its split recruiting awards based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of “cash-in” dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of TE placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest “cash-in” total is ultimately deemed the winner.

I’m pleased to announce that we started the New Year with a BANG in terms of Top Echelon Network membership. That’s because a total of 16 agencies joined our recruiting network during the month of January!

In 2019, we averaged right around 15 new Network member agencies every single month. And it appears as though we’re off to a good start in terms of new members this year. This is exciting news, and it certainly bodes well for the rest of 2020.

As you can see, our 16 new Network agencies are listed below. As always, please welcome these agencies—and the recruiters who are part of these agencies—to Top Echelon. At the very least, send them an email.

If they work in your areas of specialization, give them a call. You never know. You could make split placements with them!

We run the names of recruiting agencies applying for membership in the Members’ Area of the Top Echelon website. We list the names of new Network agencies, as well.

However, we also list our new members in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. This list typically includes the name of the agency, the join date of the agency, the geographic location of the agency, and the agency’s specialties. These agencies work in a variety of industries and niches.
