Once upon a time, Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group was the top recruiter in Top Echelon Network just about every month.

Then last year, Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group ascended to the top of the “Network hill,” winning monthly and quarterly awards. He also earned Recruiter of the Year accolades in TE for his placements and billings in 2021.

But now, for the time being, Trey has reached the pinnacle of Network production, at least for the month of January. As you can see below, Trey was able to beat out Michael and Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, another perennial Top Producer, for the top spot.

And as long as you’re looking, below is the information that we include with the Recruiters of the Month feature in Top Echelon Network:

1. The top 10 recruiters for the month
2. The “cash-in” total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made during the month.)

6. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their Network career

The New Year is off and running (how is it already February?) and we had a close race for the Largest Split Fee of the Month award in January!

And the winner—by less than $2,000—was the split recruiting team of Larry Basilone of Basilone Executive Search and James R. Gettys of International Staffing Consultants, Inc. Larry and James placed a Tax Director/Partner for a flat placement fee of $60K!

In addition to that split, there were three other Network placements in January of $50K or more. Historically, that’s an impressive number for TE fees that large in a month’s timeframe. Once again, this illustrates the fact that not only are recruiters making more placements through Top Echelon Network, but they’re also making more placements with bigger fees!

As a reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

Yes, we used the word “Galore” in a blog post headline and we also used a stock photo of cupcakes (as seen above). That’s because we have anniversaries in our recruiter network, and you’d better believe that we’re going to celebrate them.

In fact, congratulations to two agencies who have been with the Network for over 20 years!
