Presenting the Top TE Recruiting Fees of the Month

If the recruiters below made a New Year’s Resolution to make some big split fees through Top Echelon Network in 2024, then they’re off to a good start!

That is especially the case for Michael Brown of Seneca Creek Executive Search, LLC and Jasmyn Smith of Hire Level Consulting, Inc. That’s because Michael and Jasmyn placed a Chief Product Officer to earn a placement fee of $52,500.

And you guessed it—that’s the Largest Split Fee of the Month in the Network for January!

Recruiter of the Month

Dodge Claims Top TE Honors in the Month of January

We have a new “King of the Hill” when it comes to Recruiter of the Month in Top Echelon Network.

However, this recruiter is not completely foreign to the top spot in the Network. Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting has been making quite a few placements during the past 12+ months, which has translated into a lot of money and a lot of accolades.

However, while perennial Top Producer Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group fell to fifth in the monthly rankings, he did reach another milestone recently. Specifically, Michael has now billed more than $4 million through the Network during his career as a Top Echelon member!

In addition, Nick Stoia, CPC of ASAP Search, who finished in third place during January, also hit a production milestone. Nick is now a member of Top Echelon’s Million Dollar Club, as he has billed more than $1 million through the Network! Congratulations to both Michael and Nick!

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiters of the Month feature in Top Echelon Network:

The top five (5) recruiters for the month.
The cash-in total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of cash-in dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made.)
The number of splits that the recruiters made during the month.
The number of splits each recruiter has made during their Network career.
Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their Network career.

With this format, it’s more likely there will be ties among recruiters, especially with those Network members who have made split placements with each other.
