We have a new “King of the Hill” when it comes to Recruiter of the Month in Top Echelon Network.

However, this recruiter is not completely foreign to the top spot in the Network. Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting has been making quite a few placements during the past 12+ months, which has translated into a lot of money and a lot of accolades.

However, while perennial Top Producer Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group fell to fifth in the monthly rankings, he did reach another milestone recently. Specifically, Michael has now billed more than $4 million through the Network during his career as a Top Echelon member!

In addition, Nick Stoia, CPC of ASAP Search, who finished in third place during January, also hit a production milestone. Nick is now a member of Top Echelon’s Million Dollar Club, as he has billed more than $1 million through the Network! Congratulations to both Michael and Nick!

  2. The cash-in total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of cash-in dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made.)

With this format, it’s more likely there will be ties among recruiters, especially with those Network members who have made split placements with each other.

Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting is certainly making a bid to eventually be in the top spot in Top Echelon Network.

Brad was Recruiter of the Month in the Network for the month of January. In addition, he finished in the top five in Top Echelon in 2023 in terms of cash-in for the year. And as of the writing of this blog post, he was ranked second in the Network during the past 12 months rolling, behind only Recruiter of the Year Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group.

And he was part of the largest split placement of the week in TE, which isn’t actually an award, but that’s okay. Making the placement is reward enough, is it not? And Brad made the placement with Maria Hemminger of MJ Recruiters, LLC. Brad and Maria placed a Controls Engineer to earn a $28,175 recruiting fee.

In addition, as you can see below, Brad was part of three placements overall last week. Can he catch Michael Stuck? Time will tell. Will I ever stop asking question? Probably not.

But wait, there’s more! That’s because there are two Top Echelon members who made their first Network split placement recently. Those two are Noah Hiemer of United Future and Jeff Peterson of C4 Consulting & Recruiting. And no, they did not make the placement with each other, but the money still spends the same . . .

It’s a new month, so that means more recruiting agency anniversaries in Top Echelon Network!

And as you can see below—and also by the title to this post in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog—there are two recruiting agencies celebrating an anniversary of more than 20 years in Top Echelon.

Those two are Pan American Search, Inc. in El Paso, Texas and Computer Recruiters, Inc. in Woodland Hills, California. Pan American Search is celebrating 29 years in TE, while Computer Recruiters has been in the Network for 24 years.

However, they’re not the only agencies celebrating a milestone in Top Echelon. In fact, there are 38 members agencies overall that have a Network anniversary during the month of February!

When recognizing Network firms for their anniversaries, Top Echelon includes the name of the firm; the length of the anniversary; and the location of the firm, including the city and state.
