Everybody likes a big placement fee . . . and all we have in this Pinnacle Newsletter article are big placement fees!

In fact, we have the top 10 placement fees in Top Echelon’s recruiting network for 2019. As you can see below, the big winners were Darrin Skinner of Howe & Associates and Anjela Mangrum of Mangrum Career Solutions, LLC. They placed a Chief Financial Officer and split a fee of $66,000.

Also noteworthy is the fact that Greg Downs of Downs Associates was part of two of the 10 biggest fees in TE last year. Specifically, he was part of the seventh and ninth-biggest placement fee. The cash-in total for those two placements alone was $81,250.

We determine that list by total cash-in. And then we publish the names of the top Network agencies from that same year, and we also determine that list by total cash-in.

Our annual list of the top Network agencies is determined by those agencies’ cash-in total in our split network on a rolling 12-month basis. The order of the list reflects the agencies’ cash-in total for the 2019 calendar year, which ended at midnight on December 31, 2019.

The first month of 2020 is almost gone! Where the heck did it go . . . oh, well, onward and upward.

However, before we surge ahead, let’s look behind, albeit briefly. Specifically, let’s look at the top-producing recruiters in Top Echelon Network from 2019!

Early Bird Registration is currently underway for the convention. That means you can register at the Early Bird rate of $495 per person.

In the meantime, join us in congratulating the top-producing recruiters listed above. I hope they’ll join us in Las Vegas and that YOU will join us, too.

And here’s to hoping that 2020 is an even better year for Top Echelon Network recruiters!

It’s one thing to assign a letter grade to a year, as we asked Top Echelon Network Members to do recently, but it’s another thing to choose a famous movie quote that accurately reflects the type of year you think you’re going to experience in the future.

But of course . . . we asked Network Members to do just that. Specifically, we asked them to do that regarding this year, 2020.

It probably does not surprise you that the phrase “Show me the money!” from the 1996 movie Jerry Maguire was the clear-cut winner in one of our most recent Members’ Area polls. It might also not surprise you that the 1994 film Forrest Gump was second in the voting with the phrase, “Mama always said life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get.”

Other movies were represented, as well, and you can guess which ones by perusing the quotes below. You can also see how many direct hire placements Network Members made in 2019, along with the cash-in total on their recruiting desks for the calendar year.

Because the only thing better than a box of chocolates is a placement check.

We usually post a new Members’ Area poll question on Monday. We usually do that, but we don’t always do that.
