If it seems like we just recognized Top Echelon Network Members Larry Ploscowe of EXEK Recruiters, Ltd. and Mark Udulutch of Markent Personnel for splitting a large fee, it’s because we did.

Larry and Mark were responsible for the Largest Split Fee of the Month in Top Echelon Network for the month of December. And as it turns out, it’s also the Largest Split Fee of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2019!

However, it was a close race. With a total fee of over $50K, Larry and Mark edged out Kerry Boehner of KOB Solutions, Inc. and Hani Mussa of KnowHireMatch, LLC. Kerry and Hani pulled down a recruiting fee of $45K.

The top 10 recruiting fees in Top Echelon Network during the fourth quarter of 2019 are listed below. As always, there were plenty of hefty fees made by Network recruiters, once again underscoring the value that the Network provides to its Members.

Congratulations to everybody who made the largest split fees in Top Echelon’s split network during the fourth quarter of 2019!

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split recruiting awards in four distinct categories, which are listed below:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

The winners of these awards are only announced in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

Okay, so Top Echelon Network Member Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group was NOT the Recruiter of the Month in November.

And he was NOT the Recruiter of the Month in December.

However, Trey was NOT to be denied in terms of the Recruiter of the Quarter Award for the fourth quarter of 2019. (And he was not to be denied in terms of the Recruiter of the Year Award for 2019, but that’s a blog post for another time.)

Of course, the two recruiters who beat Trey for Recruiter of the Month honors—Steve Kohn and Shree Kumar—were also among the top 10 recruiters in the Network during the fourth quarter. And there are plenty of other familiar faces on the list below.

We recently published a blog post about the return that you can earn on your investment in Top Echelon by making just one Network placement each year. The recruiters below are making a lot more than just one placement per year. As a result, the return they’re receiving on their investment in Top Echelon is astronomical.

So congratulations to the leading recruiters in the Network during the fourth quarter of 2019.

And here’s to a great 2020!

Top Echelon’s split network determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its recruiting awards based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of cash-in dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of split placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest cash-in total for their placements is deemed the winner.

If you’re looking to make more placements with your Top Echelon Network Membership, then contact Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS at 330.455.1433, x156.

Right off the bat, the good news with our year-end statistics in Top Echelon’s recruiter network is that placements rose once again on a year-over-year basis.

In other words, Network Members made more split placements in 2019 than they did in 2018. It wasn’t by much, but it was still an increase. So that means placements in Top Echelon Network have risen in five of the past six years.

However, we have plenty more statistics to share with you. In fact, we’ve broken down our year-end statistics in terms of three categories. They are job orders, candidates, and placements in relation to the disciplines within Top Echelon Network.

(Editor’s note: The percentages are more than 100% in certain categories since those categories can be tagged with more than one discipline.)
