Question: What is one of the New Year’s resolutions of every agency recruiter ever, even if they don’t put it on their list?

Answer: Make more placements and earn bigger placement fees!

And the TE Network recruiters below are well on their way to acing that resolution. And that is especially the case for Aldin Beslagic of BestLogic Staffing and Amir Asgari of Saba Talent.

That’s because Aldin and Amir placed a Vice President of Sales at 20% to earn a $63,000 placement fee, and at the same time, claim the Largest Split Fee of the Month in TE Network for December!

And remember when I said an article ago that Amy Chapman of Key People Staffing is on a tear in the Network? Well, below is even more proof to back that up. Of the five largest split fees of the month in TE Network in December, Amy was part of three of them!

That may be a Top Echelon record for a single month. But it might take some time for us to look that up. I mean, more than a few minutes . . . you probably don’t want to wait . . .

As a friendly reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its TE Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

So congratulations to everybody on the list below for scoring some BIG placement fees during the month!

You may (or may not) know that Amy Chapman of Key People Staffing has been on a TE Network tear as of late.

Well, truth be told, she’s pretty much been on a tear since she joined our split fee recruiting network. In other words, she started her membership strong and she hasn’t slowed down since.

For example, she recently became the latest TE Network member to reach the $1 million plateau. And as another example, she is the Recruiter of the Month in the Network for December!

As you can see below, Amy was part of five split placements during the month, and her share of those split fees totaled close to $100K. Not a bad way to end one year and get ready for the next.

So let’s keep this momentum going and have a great year in 2025!

Here is the information that we include with the Recruiter of the Month feature in TE Network:

  1. The top five (5) recruiters for the month.
  2. The cash-in total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of cash-in dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they’ve made.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the month.
  4. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their TE Network career.
  5. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their TE Network career.

With this format, it’s more likely that there will be ties among recruiters, especially with those TE Network members who have made split placements with each other.

Congratulations to the recruiters listed below . . . and congratulations to every TE Network member who made a split placement (or multiple splits) during the month!

We’re back with more new TE Network member recruiting agencies in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog!

And of course, we’re better than ever. (You have to say that when you say that you’re back. Because if you’re not better than ever, then why are you back?)

More specifically, we are back with 16 new member agencies that joined TE Network last year . . . in December of last year, that is. These agencies and the recruiters within them want to make 2025 the best year possible, and that means they want to leverage the resources of the Network to make split placements and generate more revenue.

And maybe, just maybe, they’ll make more splits and more money with YOU this year!

We run the names of recruiting agencies applying for membership in the Network Dashboard section of the Top Echelon software. We list the names of new TE Network members, as well.

However, we also list our new members in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. This list typically includes the:

  • Name of the agency
  • Industries and/or specialties in which the agency operates
  • Names of the recruiters working at the agency
  • Geographic location of the agency

So I’d like to take this moment to once again congratulate the recruiting agencies listed below and publicly welcome them to TE Network. I look forward to helping them make split placements!

(Note: If you have any questions about reaching out to new members or about your split recruiting membership in general, please contact me. My contact information is listed at the end of this blog post.)

January is typically a time to look to the future.

But we like to be obstinate sometimes, so let’s look to the past, shall we?

After all, this is the monthly issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, and TE Network agency anniversaries are part of this issue. And as you can see below, there are 31 recruiting agencies celebrating an anniversary in TE Network during the month of January!

At the top of the list is Markent Personnel, which has been a member of TE Network for the past 36 years. (In fact, when the agency began its membership, the Network was known as Nationwide Interchange Service. What’s that? Yes, we agree . . . a name change was inevitable.)

When recognizing Network agencies for their anniversaries, Top Echelon includes the name of the agency; the length of the anniversary; and the location of the agency, including the city and state.

So congratulations to all of the agencies celebrating anniversaries in our split fee recruiting network during the month of January!
