Every Tuesday, Top Echelon conducts a training webinar for uses of its recruiting agency software, Big Biller.

You have many tools, services, and resources that you use as a recruiter and/or agency owner in your quest to make more placements. Membership in Top Echelon Network is just one of them.

But perhaps, since it’s the very first day of the New Year, you’ve been wondering about what kind of return on investment (ROI) you’re receiving on your Network Membership. That’s a valid question. (Although I hope you’re asking that question about every tool, service, and resource, that you use.)

Let’s cut right to the chase: you do NOT have to make a ton of split placements every year to earn a huge ROI in our Network. In fact, you only have to make one split placement to receive that huge ROI.

How huge is huge? I’m so glad you asked . . .

How the TE ROI is so high

Let’s start with cost. The monthly membership dues for Top Echelon’s recruiting network is $130 per month. Over the course of an entire year, a recruiting agency would pay $1,560 in Network Membership dues.

Let’s say that a Member agency makes one placement in the Network during that year. We’ll start with the fact that the average TE placement fee in recent years has been around $20,000. So let’s say this one placement brings with it an average TE placement fee.

Okay, so then Top Echelon takes 6% of that total as its brokerage fee. In this case, that fee is $1,200. That means each recruiter associated with the split placement will now split $18,800. Some quick math tells us that’s 9,400 per recruiter (or per agency).

Theoretically, the Member agency with which we started paid $1,560 in Membership dues over the course of a single year. That was the agency’s monetary investment. The return that it received on that investment is $9,189.

Pay $1,560, receive $9,400. That sounds like an acceptable return on investment (ROI).

That’s because you are more than doubling your money. That represents a 500% ROI, and that’s for each recruiter or agency involved in the split placement.

Maximize your 2021 return

So that’s the ROI of making just one split in Top Echelon Network in 2021: 500%. Of course, some Member agencies make far more than one split per year.

However, as you can see, the Network does not have to constitute a major part of your business or recruiting desk for you to receive a huge return on your investment. The Network is meant to supplement your business and your desk, to maximize it, so to speak.

One split placement is all it takes. If you have yet to make your first split in Top Echelon Network, then we want to help you do so in 2020. We want you to receive your 500% ROI.

If you finished in the top 10 in Top Echelon Network during 2020, then you should soon be receiving your Network Rewards Program check.

On the other hand, if you didn’t finish in the top 10 in the Network or if you don’t even know what the Top Echelon Network Rewards Program is, then you’re in luck. Because we have all the information you need!

There are two tiers under our rewards program.

Tier One: TE Gear

Once a Member has reached $25K cash-in through the Network, they will quality for TE gear. Top Echelon headquarters will notify the member that they’ve reached the $25K threshold and can select any item from the TE gear store.

Once a Network member has reached $25K cash-in and selected an item from the TE gear store, there is only one other tier in the program. To reach that tier, a Member must be one of the top 10-producing recruiters for that calendar year in terms of cash-in through the Network. If a member reaches that tier, Top Echelon will reward them with a cash award, as listed below.

(Note: All recruiters who reach Tier One in 2021 will have until January 31, 2022 to redeem their reward. If you do not respond by that date, you will forfeit your rewards.)

Tier Two: Top 10 Cash-In

The top 10 producers in Top Echelon’s recruiter network each calendar year will receive the following cash-back totals, respectively:

  • 1st Place—$3,000
  • 2nd Place—$2,500
  • 3rd Place—$2,000
  • 4th Place—$1,750
  • 5th Place—$1,500
  • 6th Place—$1,250
  • 7th Place—$1,000
  • 8th Place—$750
  • 9th Place—$500
  • 10th Place—$250

The time frame for the Top Echelon Network Rewards Program is January 1 through December 31 of any given year. The program for that year ends on December 31, and a new program begins on January 1.

For years in Top Echelon, we held an annual “Network Membership Drive,” one that few Network recruiters probably remember. Back in the day, that drive consisted of our hard copy Networking News newsletter that was mailed to 20,000 recruiting agency owners.

However, that was when print marketing was all the rage. In this digital age, print marketing is NOT all the rage.

But besides that, over the many years that we’ve been in business, we’ve discovered one indisputable truth. Well, we’ve discovered many such truths, but we’ve discovered one in particular that relates to seeking out new Network recruiters.

That truth is this:

The best way to get new members in Top Echelon Network who value quality and integrity is to ask for recruiter referrals from current members in Top Echelon Network who also value quality and integrity.

From that indisputable truth springs three reasons why we want your referrals for membership in Top Echelon’s split network:

1.) If you’re the type of recruiter we want in the Network, then chances are good that you know other recruiters who we also want in the Network.

2.) Recruiters you feel comfortable working with already are more than likely good candidates for membership.

3.) Trust is one of The Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network, and it might be the most important one. We trust you as Network members . . . and we trust you to refer other recruiters we can also trust.

In addition, we are more than willing to PAY for your referrals. Once your referral applies for membership and is accepted, we will credit your agency’s account $130. (Yes, that is the same amount as your agency’s monthly membership dues. Minus any brokerage fee you owe us, of course.)
