Steve Kohn: Second to None in Top Echelon Network
In The Pinnacle, we like to highlight recruiters who are “flying below the radar,” so to speak. This week, we have a recruiter who is both “flying below the radar” . . . but not really.
He’s not really doing that because:
- He’s made 161 Network placements.
- He’s a member of Top Echelon Network’s $1 Million Club.
- He was the #2 recruiter in the Network last year in terms of cash-in.
Perhaps that last achievement underscores his “under the radar” status. During the past few years, Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group has run away with most of the top honors and awards, leaving Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search to finish second in a number of categories.
However, Steve is first this week because Steve is Recruiter of the Week!
Steve Kohn has been a consistent, highly professional, split-minded, talent recruiter in this Network since he joined over 20 years ago. His trading partners rave about his work, and his results speak for themselves.
So in more ways than one, Steve Kohn is second to none in Top Echelon Network!

“Steve, thank you for such a great candidate! I am so amazed at the amount split placements I have made with TE partners in less than two years. It is so worth it to have members of the Network post other members’ jobs. Thank you again, Steve!”
