‘How Satisfied Are You With Your Billings in 2013?’
SURVEY QUESTION:
We recently posed a question to the Top Echelon Network Membership in the form of a survey in the Members’ Area.
That question was as follows:
How satisfied are you with your billings in 2013?
SURVEY RESULTS:
The choice of answers that were offered is listed below, along with the percentage of recruiters that selected each answer:
- Very satisfied — 24.5%
- Somewhat satisfied — 30.0%
- Lukewarm about them — 10.0%
- Somewhat disappointed — 17.3%
- Very disappointed — 18.2%
SURVEY ANALYSIS:
The popular answer among the Top Echelon Network Membership was “somewhat satisfied” at 30.0%. However, 24.5% of recruiters chose “very satisfied” as their answer, meaning that more than half of survey participants (54.5%) are satisfied—to some degree—with their overall billings in 2013.
In addition, 10.0% are “lukewarm” about their billings.
At the other end of the spectrum, 17.3% are “somewhat disappointed” and 18.2% are “very disappointed.” However, all things considered, more recruiters have positive feelings about the billings on their desk this past year than have negative feelings.
As a result, it could be argued that 2013 was a “winning year” for independent recruiting firms.
FEEDBACK:
Was 2013 a “winning year” for you and your recruiting firm? Are you satisfied with your billings during the past year? Or disappointed?
