Recruiter of the Week in TE: Gerald Brown!

First things first: the person in the photo above is NOT Top Echelon Network member recruiter Gerald Brown of Technical Management Advisors.

Second things second: Gerald Brown is the equivalent of a “Network ninja.”

That’s because you don’t see him, you don’t see, you don’t see him, and then . . . he makes a placement!

Gerald is a long-time member of Top Echelon Network, and he’s made a few “ninja appearances” this year to delight split partners with split placement opportunities. A couple of those split partners expressed their appreciation below.

Gerald is celebrating his 30th year in the recruiting profession in 2016. In addition, he joined Top Echelon Network in April of 1993, so he celebrated his 23rd Network anniversary earlier this year.

Gerald is a “dyed in the wool” recruiter. He was making placements before Internet and social media recruiting was all the rage. He’s the type of recruiter upon which Top Echelon was founded.

For all of these reasons, Gerald Brown is the Recruiter of the Week in Top Echelon Network!

While we don’t hear from Gerald very often, it’s good to see him pop up every once in a while with a split placement that delighted one of his split partners. We would expect nothing less from a “Network ninja.”
