Recruiter of the Week: 25 Years in the Profession

Accomplishments:

Like some of our recent award winners (such as Debbi Reiger), Gary Elias is celebrating 25 years in the recruiting profession this year.

In addition, Gary’s father, Bill, was also active in the Network until his retirement a few years ago.  Bill Elias made 76 placements as a Preferred Member recruiter.

There’s a good chance that Gary will eventually surpass his father, at least as far as production in Top Echelon Network is concerned.  Gary Elias currently has 65 Network placements.

In fact, his consistency is one of the reasons that he’s been named Recruiter of the Week.

Elias made five split placements in Top Echelon Network in 2013, and he’s already made three this year—one apiece in January, February, and March.

Elias is a placement recruiting exporter in Top Echelon, meaning that he provides the candidate in split placement situations within the Network.

As a further illustration of his consistency as a Preferred Member recruiter, Elias has made at least one Network placement every year since 2001.
