Presenting the Third 2025 Hall of Fame Inductee
First, we announced the induction of TE Network recruiter Amy Chapman of Key People Staffing into the Top Echelon Hall of Fame.
And then last week, we announced the induction of Sara Alexandroff of Sterling St. James, Inc. into the 2025 Hall of Fame class.
This week, we’re announcing the third member of Top Echelon’s 2025 Hall of Fame class, and that member is . . . Joe Cresci of Food Management Search!
Joe and Food Management Search joined TE Network in November of 2016. During that nearly nine-year stretch, Joe has made 98 split placements in the Network, and those splits have brought him a cash-in total of over $800K.
Joe has been a paragon of productivity during his time as a TE Network member, consistently engaging his trading partners and churning our splits year after year. He has also adhered to The Four Pillars of TE Network—Quality, Communication, Trust, and Active Participation—and earned his Certified Split Placement Partner designation.
In short, Joe has done everything within his power to be successful as a member of TE Network . . . and that’s exactly why he has become successful and is now a member of the Top Echelon Hall of Fame.
But let’s hear what Joe has to say about this honor!

“As I approach my 10-year anniversary with Top Echelon, I’m honored to be inducted into the Hall of Fame and to also be a Certified Split Placement Partner. When I joined TE, I didn’t have a fully built recruiting structure, but the foundation of TE’s Policies, the Golden Rules, and the framework of Quality, Communication, Trust, and Active Participation provided the very best roadmap to get me here today.
“The real success of this Network has always been rooted in the professionalism, trust, and expertise of my trading partners, many of whom have become good friends. Together, we’ve proven that when we honor this great foundation, great things will happen.
“I also want to recognize the Top Echelon Software team. Their professionalism, ongoing platform improvements, training programs, bi-annual meetings, and yes, their unfailing good humor have been instrumental in keeping me sharp, connected, and ahead of the curve.”
“This milestone is as much about you, the Network, as it is about me. Here’s to continued growth, stronger partnerships, and many more successful splits. Thank you and cheers!”
