Presenting TE Network 2025 Year in Review

If there was one word that defined TE Network in 2025, it was connection.

This year wasn’t just about platform improvements (although there were some important ones). It was also about celebrating success, strengthening partnerships, and bringing members together, both in person and online, to do what TE Network does best: help recruiters make more split placements through collaboration.

Here’s a recap of the biggest TE Network highlights from 2025.

A Milestone Worth Celebrating: Top Echelon Turns 37

In March, Top Echelon celebrated its 37th birthday and that milestone reinforced what has been true for nearly four decades:

Top Echelon is only successful when our members are successful.

Over the years, tools and technology have evolved, but the mission has stayed the same: help recruiters succeed through connection and collaboration. And in 2025, that mission showed up everywhere, especially at TE Connect and through the results members continued producing inside the Network.

TE Connect Spring 2025: Connection, Growth, and Springing Ahead

TE Connect Spring 2025 delivered exactly what TE Network events are known for: meaningful relationship-building, real trading momentum, and practical training members can apply immediately.

Held in Nashville (March 19–21), the event featured plenty of networking opportunities that can lead directly to placements, plus powerful training from Danny Cahill of According to Danny!, whose sessions gave attendees tools and insights to take back to their desks and businesses.

For many members, TE Connect isn’t just a conference. It’s a reminder that with the Network, you’re never recruiting alone.

TE Connect Fall 2025: Columbus

Top Echelon also announced TE Connect Fall 2025, returning to an event format built to maximize networking, learning, and split-placement potential.

Dates: October 21–22
Location: Hilton at Easton Place, Columbus, Ohio

The Fall conference was positioned as a true “finish the year strong” experience, complete with:

  • New connections and deeper partnerships

  • Live trading opportunities

  • Practical learning sessions

  • Plenty of fun and camaraderie (because TE events should always feel like TE)

Celebrating Excellence: The 2025 Hall of Fame Class

One of the best parts of 2025 was recognizing the recruiters who embody what TE Network is all about: productivity, professionalism, partnership, and long-term contribution.

Here are the 2025 Hall of Fame inductees:

Amy Chapman — Key People Staffing

Since joining TE Network in 2019, Amy reached major milestones in under six years, including 100 split placements and $1 million in cash-in, and continued to build from there, surpassing 104 splits and $1.3 million+ in commissions.

Sara Alexandroff — Sterling St. James, Inc.

Sara made her first Network split in 2021 and quickly climbed the ranks, amassing 96 split placements and nearly $845K in cash-in in just over four years, an impressive example of what focused collaboration can produce.

Joe Cresci — Food Management Search

A TE Network member since 2016, Joe has built consistent momentum with 98 split placements and $800K+ in cash-in. He also earned his Certified Split Placement Partner (CSPP) designation and exemplified the Four Pillars: Quality, Communication, Trust, and Active Participation.

Gary Elias — Elias Associates, Inc.

Gary’s story includes family legacy and personal production, reaching 90 split placements and $800K+ in cash-in, while also representing deep loyalty to Top Echelon and the Network model.

Ann Boland — The Boland Group

Ann’s career reflects long-term commitment and consistency, with 75 split placements and nearly $1 million in cash-in. We praised Ann as a model Network member. She’s highly collaborative, consistently productive, and committed to the Four Pillars.

Congratulations again to the entire Hall of Fame class. Your success represents what’s possible when recruiters choose partnership over competition.

A Stronger Platform Experience for TE Network Members

While 2025 was rich with community wins, Top Echelon also delivered meaningful TE Network improvements.

A New TE Network Interface

TE Network rolled out a modern, more intuitive interface with improved navigation and a cleaner design. Members were able to toggle between the new and legacy experiences during the transition period, until the legacy interface was officially retired on March 11.

TE Network Certified Split Placement Partner Program

Top Echelon introduced the Certified Split Placement Partner (CSPP) Program, designed to help members:

  • Understand how the Network operates

  • Learn policies and best practices

  • Strengthen day-to-day partnerships

Certified members earn a CSPP badge on their profile, making it easier for other recruiters to identify collaboration-ready partners.

The Big Theme of 2025: Stronger Partnerships

When you step back and look at 2025 as a whole, it’s clear this was a year of:

  • Milestones (37 years strong)

  • In-person connection (Spring + Fall TE Connect)

  • Recognition (Hall of Fame excellence)

  • Ongoing platform investment (UI updates + CSPP program)

And through it all, TE Network remained what it has always been: a community where recruiters win more often because they don’t win alone.

Here’s to continued growth, stronger partnerships, and more split placements ahead.
