‘Most Outstanding Candidate’ and ‘Great Trading Partner’


THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS:

We’re going publish more instances of Top Echelon Network recruiters complimenting and praising their Trading Partners for a job well done.

And why is that?  Because the compliments are piling up, that’s why!

That’s good news, though, because that means Network recruiters are not only continuing to make more split fee recruiting placements, but they’re also eager to give their Trading Partners credit for their part in the process.

So, as you can see below, we have four placements that we’re highlighting this week, and two of them represent the first split placement made between the recruiters involved.

Even more important is the fact Network recruiters are sharing grade-A, top-shelf candidates that client companies are hiring.  And that’s a commodity that every recruiter wants.
