Jerry Walter: 24 Years and Still Making TE Placements
Top Echelon Network member Jerry Walter of Walter & Associates, Inc. has enjoyed a long and successful career in the recruiting industry—and he’s not done yet!
Walter broke into recruiting in 1982, and he joined Top Echelon Network in June of 1991. That means he’s celebrating his 24th anniversary as a Network member later this month (on Saturday, June 27, to be more specific).
Walter has been a top producer in TE during numerous years. As a result, he’s made a total of 182 placements in Top Echelon.
However, as you can see below, he’s still making placements in the Network, and he’s making them with newer TE members. Deb North of Deb North Consulting, LLC has been part of the Network for a little over three years, but she’s already made 20 placements in Top Echelon.
It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been in recruiting or how long you’ve been a TE member. You can make placements with other recruiters in your industry and niche within the Network, and you can even make them with recruiters who are outside of your niche!
