‘Excellent Communication = QUALITY Candidates’!

THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS:

Sometimes, the system works so well that it speaks for itself.

Such is the case this week in “‘Comments’ and Compliments,” specifically because of the comments submitted by Network recruiter Susan Stone.  As you can see below, she perfectly sums up what the Network is about and praises Trading Partner Sean Napoles at the same time.

Stone’s comments incorporate two of Top Echelon Network’s Four Pillars—Communication and Quality.  (The other two, of course, are Trust and Active Participation.)  In fact, she even boils it down to a simple equation.

All success in the Network starts with communication between Network recruiters.  Not only does it start with communication, but it continues with it, as well.  Bottom line: you can’t maximize your potential as a Preferred Member recruiter without communicating.

So . . . get on the phone!

After all, the system might speak for itself, but it can’t talk for you.

Congratulations to everybody who made split placements this week!
