‘How to Earn $378,653 in Contract Income’!
Some of the Top Producers in Top Echelon Network have added contract staffing to their business model and make contract placements in addition to their direct-hire placements. One of those recruiters is Linda Blakemore of Atlantic Pacific Group, Inc.
Blakemore is not only attending the upcoming 2014 Top Echelon Network National Convention, but she’s also presenting a training session at the convention.
The title of that session is “How to Earn $378,653 in Contract Income.”
The 2014 National Convention is scheduled for Thursday, April 10, through Saturday, April 12, at the Renaissance SouthPark in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Below is the preliminary description for Blakemore’s session:

Date: Friday, April 11
Time: 1:15 to 2 p.m.
Session Title: “How to Earn $378,653 in Contract Income”
In this session, Blakemore will discuss how she got started in contracting and the main reasons her clients use contractors. More importantly, she will take you step-by-step through the contract placement process that allowed her to earn an extra $378,653. In addition, Linda will share how you can do the same without any financial investment or increase in staff. If increasing your sales, income, and client loyalty are your goals for 2014, you can NOT miss this session!
The session will answer key questions about contract staffing, including the following:
- Why should I add contract staffing to my business model?
- How do I market this service to clients and candidates?
- Who should I talk to get contract job orders, the hiring manager or human resources?
- How do I locate candidates?
- How do I calculate the rates?
- How does the interview process differ from direct-hire interviews?
- How do I handle the back-office?
- What happens after the offer is accepted?
In addition, Debbie Fledderjohann, President of Top Echelon Contracting, will share how EASY it is to do contract staffing when you use a full-service back-office.
Fledderjohann will present this information in the New Member Orientation Session on Thursday, April 10, at 3 p.m. Debbie will also be available throughout the entire convention to answer any questions regarding contract staffing!
