Early Bird Registration for the Las Vegas Conference Available!
The Top Echelon Network Baltimore Conference was held this past weekend, and once again, it was agreat networking and training event. There were 29 recruiters in attendance at the Embassy Suites-BWI, and they were a seasoned bunch, to be sure, with an average of 20 years of experience in the recruiting industry. The result was a productive, high-energy event, made even more so by our main speaker, Greg Doersching of The Griffin Group.
Doersching presented two sessions in Baltimore, one titled “Social Media Recruiting—A Real World Guide” and the other titled “Five Little Tricks to Get and Keep Clients.” Both of these sessions were very well received by the Top Echelon Members in attendance. As usual, Doersching’s content was on target and tailored to the needs of those recruiters at the conference.
As a result, we’re pleased to announce that Doersching will also be the main speaker for the upcoming conference in Las Vegas. The location of that conference is The Mirage hotel, and the dates are Thursday, September 23, and Friday, September 24. This is the first time that we’ve been to Vegas since 2004, and the venue has always been popular with Top Echelon Network Members.
Like the Baltimore conference, there will be an Early Bird Registration period for the Vegas conferences, and once again, the Early Bird rate is $99 per person. The Early Bird period will run through Monday, August 30. After that date, the price will increase to $129 per person.
Registration for the Las Vegas conference is currently available in the Members’ Area. You can view the preliminary agenda, see who’s already registered, and sign up with a credit card. Remember, you can also attend a Big Biller training session conducted by Internet Strategies Manager Todd Bossler on Thursday, September 23. The cost to attend that session is $20 per person. Just be sure to check the appropriate box when you register.
Combined Regional Core Group meeting
I’d also like to take this opportunity to remind readers about the upcoming combined meeting of the Central Ohio and Fort Wayne Regional Core Groups on Thursday, August 19, at the farm of Maria Hemminger, CSP of MJ Recruiters, LLC.
This is the third year in a row that there has been a Core Group event at the Hemminger Farm, and this event is more like a combined meeting/cookout than anything else, with an emphasis on the cookout. When recruiters get together to talk business, it’s always better if they have fun at the same time, and that’s definitely the case with this combined Regional Core Group meeting.
