Celebrate a Great First Half of 2019 in Top Echelon!

We’re more than halfway through this year, and 2019 is shaping up to be an even better year than 2018 in Top Echelon’s recruiter network!

That’s because Network members have made more split placements through the first six months of this year, as opposed to the first six months of last year. (However, you’ll have to wait for the specifics. We’ll be publishing our quarterly issue of The Pinnacle later this month.)

In the meantime, let’s celebrate a great first half of the year in Top Echelon Network!

Helping us to do that are the Network members listed below, who recently made placements with their split recruiting partners. During the past several weeks, we’ve been highlighting newer members who have been churning out the placements. This week, we’re highlighting some of our more tenured members. These are people who have been recruiters and members of Top Echelon Network for quite some time.

Half a loaf is better than none

If there’s one thing that these more tenured members prove, it’s that there is always a time to make a split placement. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been a recruiter. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been a Network member. Making splits is always a wise decision, not to mention an intelligent business strategy. After all . . . “half a loaf is better than none.”

There is a lot to celebrate this week. After all, the Independence Day holiday is just a few days away. So while you’re celebrating the holiday, also celebrate what has been a great first half in Top Echelon Network.

And if you didn’t enjoy a great first half in the Network, we want you to enjoy a great second half. To maximize your Network membership, contact Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS. You can do so by calling 330.455.1433, x156 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

“‘Super Dave’ does it again. I love working with Dave Sgro, Sr. He and I talk weekly about my open jobs, and the next week, he sends candidates and his candidates get interviews and we make placements. This is like our third one in the last four months. Not a bad ratio. Top Echelon is a great organization to be a member of because of trading partners like Dave. Thanks again, Dave!”

“This is the first placement between David and I, but I can tell you that it won’t be our last. David is an amazing recruiter. These technician positions are not easy to find, but David has a true knack at finding candidates for them. In fact, we just got an offer for another one of David’s candidates at this same client for one of these positions. I really appreciate how David works. He’s definitely a great trading partner, and I look forward to many more splits with him. Thanks, David!”
