Presenting the Fourth 2025 Hall of Fame Inductee

We’re drawing closer to the end of September—and also the end of our 2025 Hall of Fame induction announcements!

But we’re not there quite yet. No, we’re poised to announce our fourth inductee into the 2025 class.

The first one was Amy Chapman of Key People Staffing.

The second was Sara Alexandroff of Sterling St. James, Inc.

The third was Joe Cresci of Food Management Search.

And the fourth is (drum roll please) . . . Gary Elias of Elias Associates, Inc.!

For Gary Elias, success in TE Network has been a family affair. His father, Bill Elias, owned the agency before he did. In fact, Bill made 72 Network placements during his time in TE.

However, Gary has surpassed his father’s production. So far, he’s made a total of 90 split placements in TE Network. Those splits have brought him a cash-in total of more than $800K.

So not only should Gary be commended for his production in TE Network, but he should also be lauded for his commitment and loyalty to Top Echelon, as well. But let’s hear what Gary has to say about the honor!

“Thank you so much for this great honor.

“Although I haven’t been as active in TE over the past few years as I was in the past, I do love the Network, [TE Recruit,] and everyone involved with the two.

“I truly appreciate the recognition.”
