See “The Future of Recruiting” in Las Vegas!
Everybody wants to know the future of recruiting. (Well, that might be an exaggeration . . . every recruiter wants to know the future of recruiting.)
If you attend the 2016 Top Echelon National Convention this spring in Las Vegas, you’ll get a peek at the future!
That’s because popular trainer Greg Doersching of Bullseye Mentor will be the keynote speaker for the convention, and one of his sessions will deal specifically with the future of the industry. The session is rather aptly titled “The Future of Recruiting.” The session description is below.
“The Future of Recruiting” session description:
Where have we come from? Where are we now? Where are we going tomorrow with technology, candidates, clients, and running our business with the right information in hand? Industry trainer Greg Doersching will help you gauge your sights on being a successful agency for recruiting in tomorrow’s world.
The Future of Recruiting is just one of three sessions that Doersching will be presenting at the National Convention. The titles of the other sessions are as follows:
- “Creating the Patterns of Prosperity, Part 1”
- “Creating the Patterns of Prosperity, Part 2”
Early Bird Registration for the 2016 National Convention is going on right now. There are already 44 recruiters signed up for the convention. We’re expecting one of the best turnouts for a Top Echelon event in the last several years, and we want you to join us. Here are some other important details regarding the convention:
- The dates are Tuesday, April 19, and Wednesday, April 20.
- The site will be the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino.
- There will be extensive training on the Top Echelon Network and Big Biller software systems.
- The cost of Early Bird Registration is just $295 per person.

(You can also access the updated agenda for the convention, which includes titles and full descriptions of the sessions.)
At Top Echelon, we’re ALL about helping you make more placements—full-fee placements, split placements, contract placements, split contract placements, etc. If you can make a placement, we want to help you make it.
