Candidate Matching in Top Echelon: ‘a Win-Win-Win Situation’
THE SPLIT PLACEMENTS (AND THE CANDIDATE MATCHING):
Top Echelon Network recruiters are doing more than just providing quality, grade-A candidates to their Trading Partners. They’re doing a great job of candidate matching, as well.
That’s evidenced in this week’s installment of “‘Comments’ and Compliments,” as you can see by the recruiter comments listed below. Network recruiters continue to be extremely satisfied by the work that their Trading Partners are doing to find the candidates they need to fill their clients’ job orders.
And once again, we have two sets of recruiters who are making their first split placements together in the Network. This is a good omen, since as we’ve stated before on numerous occasions, once you make one split placement together, that greatly increases the chances that you’ll make multiple split placements together (five, 10, 15, etc.).
And the chances that these recruiters will close multiple deals together, as well . . .
