Virtual Core Group National Convention Considerations

The 2014 Top Echelon Network National Convention is next month!

That means quite a few things, and one of those things is that there will be a change to the Virtual Core Group (VCG) teleconference call schedule for April.

Specifically, there will be NO VCG meetings during the second Thursday of the month (April 10).

It just so happens that’s the first day of the convention, which is being held in Charlotte, North Carolina from Thursday, April 10, to Saturday, April 12. I, along with many other Top Echelon employees, will be in North Carolina for the event.

However, the good news is that there will once again be a Healthcare group and an Insurance group on the schedule. I recently re-instated those two groups after a lengthy hiatus, and I’m pleased to report that the teleconference calls for those groups went very well last month.

(However, please consult the schedule for April below, as there are slight time changes as compared to March’s meetings.)

During Virtual Core Group teleconference calls, Network recruiters share hot job orders and candidates, information about the activity they’re seeing, and ideas for increased production on their desk and within their firms. These are the activities that lead most directly to making more placements.
