Recruiters Seeing Double—Double Placement Fees, That Is!
The band Foreigner once had a hit song by the name of “Double Vision.” And just like sequels can be bad when it comes to movies but good when it comes to split placements, the same holds true for double vision.
It might be bad for your eyes . . . unless you’re looking at two checks you received from your Trading Partner for a pair of recent split placements. Then it’s all good—you may proceed to celebrate twice as much as you usually would. (Do pass “Go” and do collect $200.)
As luck would have it, we have TWO Preferred Member recruiters in this week’s issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog who recently made TWO split placements together. Those two recruiters are Richard Connors of Vista Technology and Gail Williams of Williams Recruiting, Inc.
Connors and Williams made two splits, both with 25% fees that resulted in hefty placement sums (even if they did have to split them). However, as we mentioned earlier regarding Jim Petitpren’s placements, they might not have closed these deals at all if they hadn’t relied on each other for help.
While it should be noted that there are TWO recruiters below who made their first split placement in the Network (Jimmy Folger and Jeri Bartunek), there are also TWO recruiters who made their second split placement (John Peterson and Jeff Peters)! Double vision abounds!
What’s that, you say? Yes, I agree—I went a little TOO far with that joke. But that’s just TOO bad.
