  1. Resumes are blinded! That means nobody can see your candidates and/or take them and run.
  2. There is NO additional charge to use it, since it’s included with your split network membership.
  3. It’s easy to opt-in. Navigate to “Settings,” then go to “Top Echelon Network” settings. (Note that only an agency’s Main Contact can opt-in.)
