3 Benefits of a Split Placement Network of Recruiters

Since you’re a member of Top Echelon Network, you’re probably already familiar with some of the benefits of a split placement network of recruiters.

But have YOU made split placements yet? Have you closed a deal with another recruiter and experienced those benefits first-hand?

Below are three benefits of a split placement network:

#1—An excellent experience

What’s better than making a placement? Making a placement that involves a great experience.

Chances are good that you’ve made placements that have been a miserable experience. And of course, you’ve worked searches that were miserable and didn’t even end with a placement fee.

However, when you work with a trusted trading partner in a recruiting network and the two of you collaborate and strive toward a common goal, the result can be exemplary on a number of levels.

#2—Great candidates

Day after day and week after week, Network recruiters make placements solely because they were presented with a great candidate by one of their split recruiting partners.

Their client couldn’t find the right candidate. They couldn’t find the right candidate. But one of their partners had the perfect candidate. BOOM! Placement!

#3—Professional satisfaction

Despite all of the slow-moving clients and wacky candidates, recruiting can be and often is a very rewarding profession. When things work well and happen the way they should happen, the rewards are apparent.

Not only that, but the feeling of satisfaction is also that much greater. It serves to remind you why you became a recruiter in the first place. And every recruiter needs a reminder like that from time to time.

Are there more than three benefits of a split placement network? Of course there are! And I’m sure we’ll be writing about those, as well, as Network members continue to make splits.
