10 Split Placements . . . with 10 Different Trading Partners!

In our Recruiter of the Week feature, we highlight one Network recruiter for their contributions as a Preferred Member of Top Echelon Network.

Deb North started recruiting in 2011.  She joined Top Echelon Network as a Preferred Member in 2012.

And right now, she’s the number-nine recruiter in Top Echelon Network, a ranking which reflects the last 12 months of production.

North has made 10 split placements since joining the Network, but here’s the remarkable aspect of those placements:

So how did North generate so much success in the Network so quickly, even though she just started recruiting two years ago?  She reached out to as many other Top Echelon recruiters as she could, networking as much as possible and building relationships . . . AND she attends our conferences and conventions.
