As he works his way up the list of Top Producers in Top Echelon Network, Bob White of Impact Solutions, Inc. added three split placements to his already prodigious lifetime total last week.

With those three placements, Bob now has 104 split placements during his Network tenure, allowing him to join the exclusive 100 Placement Club in Top Echelon. In addition, his production during the past 12 months has helped catapult him to the fifth spot on the Network’s current list of Top Producers.

But of course, Bob wasn’t the only recruiter who was part of a Top Echelon placement last week! As you can see below, there were several others, including two recruiters who made their first placement in the Network.

Those two recruiters were George Coccas of Personnel Strategies, Inc. and Joni Sappenfield of Sappenfield Staffing, Inc. The duo placed a CNC/Production Manager, earning a fee of $19,500 in the process. Congratulations to George and Joni for making their first Top Echelon split placement!

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our weekly placements:

  • Names of the split recruiting partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

Please note that the placements listed below reflect deals finalized in Top Echelon Network for the period from October 16, through October 22, 2023.

Remember, if you don’t want information related to your Network placements published in The Pinnacle, please send an email to marketing@topechelon.com to that effect.

Congratulations to everybody below for the split placements they made in Top Echelon Network!

I’m pleased to announce the Virtual Core Group (VCG) meeting schedule for the month of November!

For those of you who don’t know, Top Echelon Network recruiters share the following information during Virtual Core Group teleconference call meetings:

  • Hot job orders and candidates
  • Information about the activity they’re seeing in the marketplace and/or in their niche
  • Ideas for increased production on their desks and within their agencies

These are the activities that lead most directly to making more split placements in Top Echelon Network.

So that is why I’m inviting—or in other words, strongly encouraging—you to attend one of this month’s Virtual Core Group meetings. Below is the complete VCG schedule for November, including the industries involved and the time that each meeting will be held. (Note: all times are Eastern.)

Tuesday, November 7:

  • 2:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. — Healthcare
  • 3:30 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. — Sales & Marketing

Wednesday, November 8:

  • 1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. — Manufacturing/Engineering
  • 2:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. — Information Technology

You can join the meeting to which you belong by accessing the information listed below.

Below is the agenda for each Virtual Core Group meeting:

  1. Welcome
  2. Roll call of the members
  3. I will share the newest software updates for both Top Echelon Network and the Top Echelon recruiting software.
  4. Members will share their hot jobs with corresponding group discussion.
  5. I will direct a software and Network protocol Q&A session to close the call.

It is my goal that this agenda will help you take away more from the meeting than just hot jobs and/or candidates. Hopefully, it will help make you more knowledgeable in terms of the Top Echelon community.

If you’d like to join one of the groups listed above or if you’d like to start a new group, please contact me.

You can do so by calling 330.595.1742 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

At Top Echelon, we’re ALL about best practices. That’s especially the case with our split fee recruiting network.

A few weeks ago, I presented some quick tips for more success in Top Echelon Network. And this week, I’m back with more!

Remember: success in the Network results from a combination of proficiency with both human interaction and technology, including Top Echelon’s recruiting database of candidates and job orders.

(For specific questions about Top Echelon software and/or technology, the Help Center is available 24/7 to answer your questions and provide assistance.)

Without further adieu, below are three more quick tips for experiencing success in Top Echelon’s recruiter network:

— — —

Tip #1: Always Return the Call

Always return a Top Echelon Network member’s phone call!

As a professional courtesy, you should return all phone calls from your trading partners, regardless of whether you think it will be a waste of time or not. Any members who are unwilling to do this probably are not Top Echelon Network material.

— — —

Tip #2: Don’t Share with Non-Network Recruiters

Never send any Network resumes or job orders to non-Network recruiters without prior approval from the submitting agency.

This is a very serious Network offense!

— — —

Tip #3: Share THESE Candidates and Job Orders

Only submit “PLACE-ABLE” candidates and “FILL-ABLE” job orders to the Network! Anything else is a waste of everybody’s time and money.

It’s also your job to close out any of your Top Echelon Network candidates or job orders that are no longer viable.

Is it just me, or is the year flying by? How the heck is that happening so quickly? I do not know.

What I DO know is that all of a sudden, it’s almost November. This year has flown by, and with every passing day, your recruiting firm’s website gets older.

But I have good news: the end of the year is a GREAT time for a website re-design.

Why is that? I’m so glad that you asked this question, because I happen to have an answer. In fact, I have seven reasons why the end of the year is a great time to consider a website re-design for your agency.

Reflect and Realign: The end of the year is a natural point for introspection. Reviewing your website and its performance can reveal what’s working and what isn’t. You can adjust your digital presence to better align with your evolving business goals and industry trends.

New Year, Fresh Start: A revamped website can serve as a symbolic fresh start for your agency. It demonstrates your commitment to staying current and provides a contemporary image, enticing both clients and potential candidates to engage with your services.

Improved User Experience: User experience is a key element in attracting and retaining visitors. Redesigning your website allows you to incorporate user-friendly features, streamline navigation, and ensure that job seekers and clients can easily find the information they need.

Mobile Optimization: With the increasing use of mobile devices for job searching, ensuring your website is mobile-friendly is crucial. A year-end redesign can help you create a responsive design that adapts seamlessly to various devices.

SEO Enhancement: Search engine algorithms frequently change, and an outdated website can fall behind in rankings. A year-end overhaul can include SEO improvements to help your agency’s website rank higher in search results, making it easier for potential clients and candidates to find you.

Showcasing Success Stories: As the year ends, you have the opportunity to highlight the success stories and achievements of the past year. These testimonials and case studies can be powerful tools in gaining the trust of your audience.

Compliance and Security: Laws and regulations surrounding data protection and privacy are continually evolving. A website redesign can be an opportunity to enhance your security measures and ensure that your agency complies with the latest legal requirements.

Competitive Edge: In the highly competitive field of recruiting, having a cutting-edge website can set your agency apart from the competition. It conveys professionalism and a commitment to excellence, which can be a key differentiator in attracting clients and top talent.

And as we’ve stated before on more than one occasion, we have good news! The good news is that because of our partnership with Recruiters Websites, you can receive a free audit and evaluation of your site and also receive a quote for services! Just click this link to request all three:
