While Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting claimed Recruiter of the Month honors in TE Network for September, he was also part of the placements that boasted the biggest split fees during the month.

In fact, Brad and Troy Randolph of Lea Randolph & Associates, Inc. were part of the Largest Split Fee of the Month in TE Network. That’s because Brad and Troy placed a VP of Operations – Hospice to earn a $40,800 fee at 20%.

Brad was also part of the third-largest fee of the month, partnering with Genie Matthews of Genie Matthews and Associates to place a Plant Controls Engineer. That split yielded a fee of $36,750.

As a friendly reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its TE Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

So congratulations to everybody on the list below for scoring some BIG placement fees during the month!

At this point and at this rate, it seems as though it is a foregone conclusion that Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting will win Recruiter of the Year honors in TE Network for 2024.

After all, Brad has a sizeable lead on the rest of the field with less than three months remaining in the calendar year. In addition, he has claimed another Recruiter of the Month Award with his performance during September.

As you can see below, Brad made 10 placements in TE Network during the month. Those 10 splits brought him nearly $90K in fees. Not a bad return on his investment in Top Echelon, wouldn’t you say?

How will the rest of the year play out? Stay tuned! (And feel free to make a few split placements while you’re at it. They’re like potato chips: you can’t have just one.)

Here is the information that we include with the Recruiter of the Month feature in TE Network:

  1. The top five (5) recruiters for the month.
  2. The cash-in total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of cash-in dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they’ve made.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the month.
  4. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their TE Network career.
  5. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their TE Network career.

With this format, it’s more likely that there will be ties among recruiters, especially with those TE Network members who have made split placements with each other.

Congratulations to the recruiters listed below . . . and congratulations to every TE Network member who made a split placement (or multiple splits) during the month!

A 10-year anniversary in Top Echelon’s recruiting network is great. A 20-year anniversary is even better.

But a 30-year anniversary? That’s something truly worth celebrating, and we have such a milestone in this week’s issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog!

That’s because Gundrum & Associates, Inc. in Cedarburg, Wisconsin is celebrating more than three decades as TE Network member. In fact, to be precise, the agency is celebrating 31 years in the Network.

But wait, there’s more! We also have four other recruiting agencies celebrating 20 years or more in TE Network:

  • CPS Recruitment in Liverpool, New York (22 years)
  • BioSource Recruiters in Wilmington, North Carolina (21 years)
  • The Williams Company in Memphis, Tennessee (21 years)

When recognizing Network agencies for their anniversaries, Top Echelon includes the name of the agency; the length of the anniversary; and the location of the agency, including the city and state.

So congratulations to all of the agencies celebrating anniversaries in our split fee recruiting network during the month of October!
