Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS

If you’ve ever wondered how to make the most of Top Echelon’s Network Jobs Feed (TEN Jobs Feed), you’re not alone.

Lately, I’ve received plenty of questions from members about how this tool works, what it does, and how to integrate it effectively. That’s why it’s officially Workshop Time!

Join me on Tuesday, October 14th at 3:30 PM for an exclusive, hands-on session where we’ll break down everything you need to know about the TEN Jobs Feed—from setup to strategy.

Seats are limited to 50, so be sure to book yours early!

What Is the TEN Jobs Feed?

The TEN Jobs Feed is an add-on feature designed to help your recruiting agency expand its market presence. It allows you to advertise other members’ jobs directly on your agency’s website, giving visitors access to a broader range of opportunities while helping you generate more activity and potential split placements.

In short, the TEN Jobs Feed helps you look bigger, reach further, and increase the likelihood of earning revenue—all without extra administrative work.

Why It Matters

By showcasing jobs from across the Network, your agency’s site instantly becomes a more dynamic hub for candidates and clients alike. You’ll not only highlight your own openings but also the collective strength of the entire Top Echelon Network.

And here’s the best part: you’re always in control. The TEN Jobs Feed can be added or removed anytime directly within the software, giving your team flexibility as your business needs evolve.

Note: Only users with permission to Manage TEN Jobs Feed can make these changes.

A Quick Setup Overview

Adding the TEN Jobs Feed to your account is simple:

  1. Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software and click the Settings icon.

  2. Open the Add-ons & Integrations section and select TEN Jobs Feed.

  3. Click Start a Subscription, review your payment details, and confirm by selecting Subscribe.

Your subscription will begin immediately, and you’ll be charged a prorated amount based on the day you start.

Need to cancel? No problem. Click Cancel TEN Jobs Feed Subscription and confirm. Your access will remain active until your current billing period ends.

What You’ll Learn in the Workshop

During our live session, we’ll cover not just how to set up your TEN Jobs Feed—but also how to leverage it strategically. You’ll learn how to:

  • Present a larger, more competitive market presence.

  • Drive traffic to your agency website.

  • Increase collaboration and split-placement opportunities across the Network.

  • Troubleshoot and manage your feed efficiently.

This will be a practical, interactive workshop, with live demonstrations and time for your questions.

So mark your calendar: Tuesday, October 14th at 3:30 PM. Only 50 seats are available—book your spot now and discover how to turn the TEN Jobs Feed into a true growth engine for your agency.

I can’t wait to see you there!

TE Network member Derek Hilbert of Kingfisher Recruiting cracked the top five recruiters in TE Network for the month of September due to making his first two TE splits.

Top Echelon Content and Communications Manager Matthew Deutsch

Matthew Deutsch

And now he’s cracked the top five in terms of the largest split fees for the month!

As you can see below, Derek was part of both the third and fifth-largest TE Network split fees during September. His trading partners for those placements were Clint Martz of A to Z Search Group and Sarah Katz of First Search, Inc., respectively.

But what about the largest split fee of the month in TE Network? That honor went to Pamela Ratz DeVille of Selective Resources, LLC and Maggie Wolgamot of Ridgeback Recruiting. Pamela and Maggie placed an Executive Director – Actuary to earn a $44,000 fee at 22%.

So congratulations to everybody who made splits in TE Network in September—including those who earned big fees as a result of those splits!

As a friendly reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its TE Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

So congratulations to everybody on the list below for scoring some BIG placement fees during the month!

We have new faces and a familiar face at the top of the recruiter standings in TE Network for the month of September.

The familiar face? Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting, who has won yet another Recruiter of the Month Award in the Network.

The new faces? The first one is Derek Hilbert of Kingfisher Recruiting, who made his first two Network splits in September. And those two splits helped him claim the #2 spot in TE Network in September.

The other new face is Mark Skender of DCS Consulting, who finalized his first three TE Network split placements during the month of September. For his efforts, Mark earned fifth place in the recruiter standings for the month.

Here is the information that we include with the Recruiter of the Month feature in TE Network:

  1. The top five (5) recruiters for the month.
  2. The cash-in total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of cash-in dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they’ve made.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the month.
  4. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their TE Network career.
  5. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their TE Network career.

With this format, it’s more likely that there will be ties among recruiters, especially with those TE Network members who have made split placements with each other.

Once again, congratulations to the recruiters listed below . . . and congratulations to every TE Network member who made a split placement (or multiple splits) during the month!

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been thrilled to welcome several exceptional recruiting firms to the TE Network community! Each new agency brings specialized expertise across diverse industries and niches—further strengthening our network and expanding opportunities for collaboration.

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to these newest members of TE Network. Take a moment to reach out, introduce yourself, and start conversations—especially where your recruiting focuses align.

We run the names of recruiting agencies applying for membership in the Network Dashboard section of the TE Network software. We list the names of new Network members, as well.

However, we also list our new members in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. This list typically includes the:

  • Name of the agency
  • Industries and/or specialties in which the agency operates
  • Names of the recruiters working at the agency
  • Geographic location of the agency

So I’d like to take this moment to once again congratulate the recruiting agencies listed below and publicly welcome them to TE Network. I look forward to helping them make split placements!

October is a big month for anniversaries in TE Network!

Why is it big? Well, first and foremost, we have five recruiting agencies that are celebrating an anniversary of 20 years or more. Second, one of those agencies—Gundrum & Associates, Inc. in Cedarsburg, Wisconsin—has now been in the Network for 32 years. (TE Network will turn 38 years old in March of 2026.)

And third, there are a grand total of 39 recruiting agencies celebrating an anniversary in the Network during the month of October.

So there you go . . . three big reasons why October is a big month for anniversaries in TE Network!

When recognizing Network agencies for their anniversaries, Top Echelon includes the name of the agency; the length of the anniversary; and the location of the agency, including the city and state.
