Top Echelon Network members have been hitting double digits in split placements every week this year, almost without fail.
Some weeks, TE members have recorded a tremendous number of splits, like the time they racked up 25 splits during one week in August.
Believe it or not, they came close to that number last week. That’s because they roughly doubled their usual output of recent weeks by making 24 split placements!
(A finalized split placement is a completed split, meaning that all parties involved have received their portion of the placement fee. Yes, including Top Echelon.)
As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our weekly placements:
- Names of the split recruiting partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
- Job title
- Overall placement fee (before TE’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
- Fee percentage
