First, we announced the induction of TE Network recruiter Amy Chapman of Key People Staffing into the Top Echelon Hall of Fame.

And then last week, we announced the induction of Sara Alexandroff of Sterling St. James, Inc. into the 2025 Hall of Fame class.

This week, we’re announcing the third member of Top Echelon’s 2025 Hall of Fame class, and that member is . . . Joe Cresci of Food Management Search!

Joe and Food Management Search joined TE Network in November of 2016. During that nearly nine-year stretch, Joe has made 98 split placements in the Network, and those splits have brought him a cash-in total of over $800K.

Joe has been a paragon of productivity during his time as a TE Network member, consistently engaging his trading partners and churning our splits year after year. He has also adhered to The Four Pillars of TE Network—Quality, Communication, Trust, and Active Participation—and earned his Certified Split Placement Partner designation.

In short, Joe has done everything within his power to be successful as a member of TE Network . . . and that’s exactly why he has become successful and is now a member of the Top Echelon Hall of Fame.

The Recruiter of the Month in TE Network for August? Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc. Steve was part of six Network placements and his cash-in total for those six splits was nearly $50K.

The new TE Network member? Kendra Arnold of A Plus Hire Right Search Group, LLC. Kendra was part of four TE splits during the month, helping her to secure the third spot in the TE Network rankings for August.

Here is the information that we include with the Recruiter of the Month feature in TE Network:

  1. The top five (5) recruiters for the month.
  2. The cash-in total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of cash-in dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they’ve made.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the month.
  4. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their TE Network career.
  5. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their TE Network career.

With this format, it’s more likely that there will be ties among recruiters, especially with those TE Network members who have made split placements with each other.

Not only do we have 36 agencies celebrating an anniversary in the Network during the month of September, but there is one agency that is celebrating 33 years of being a TE Network member.
