Joe Cresci of Food Management Search is NOT the Recruiter of the Week because his name rhymes with Joe Pesci. (Although I acknowledge that’s not a bad reason.)
No, Joe Cresci is Recruiter of the Week for many other reasons. Let’s start with his production. Joe has made nine split placements since joining our recruiting network in November of 2015. He made one split in 2016, four in 2017, and four already this year.
Not only that, but Joe has also made his splits in multiple ways. Those ways include the Network Jobs Feed and communication with his split recruiting partners. Basically, Joe “hit the ground running” with his Network membership and never looked back. (Just don’t tell him that he’s a “funny guy.”)
So, for these reasons—and not because his name rhymes with Joe Pesci—Joe Cresci is Recruiter of the Week!

“I’m extremely honored and very happy not to have waited 22 years, as in John Zurek’s case. I only wish I had joined Top Echelon 1,100 weeks ago.
“I attended my first TE convention this year in Nashville and met many great recruiting professionals, sat through some excellent seminars, and went home with a renewed enthusiasm.
